Already posted this question in a different section, but this is my first post so give me a break The trunk of my car( 1999 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI) has opening that connects the trunk with the inside cabin of the car. I was wondering if facing the port towards this opening instead of towards the rear of the car would increase SPL or hurt it. Will the air be pushed into the cabin of the car or will it just be trapped in the trunk bouncing around on it self. I will prob end up leaving a gap of about 3" - 5" between the enclosure and the actual opening because the trunk gets narrow towards the back. Hey everyone! My name is Robert. I've been in car audio for awhile now. I'm actually in the process of building a new box for my RE SE 15 and i'm gonna see what kind of numbers i can get out of it. I've been using this woofer for sound quality with a kick in a 2.4cuft sealed box with 500w. I'm about to build a 4cuft box tuned to somwhere from 38hz - 40hz not sure yet. Oh and this is all gonna be in a Chevy s10 ext. cab.

ive been studying your amps for the last few days. a guy at the nissanclub.com forums recommended me to sundown audio. seems like im in the right place for some pure power. i want to run to memphis mojo 12's with the 2000d mono amp on preorder right now. will it be sufficient for these? if so i will order it now. also i wanna do this right so what kind of wires should i use? what rca cables are the best and what gauge? also what subs do you recommend or compare to the memphis mojo?

My name is Justin, I am 23 years old and I am pretty much a newbie on this forum as said under my name, I have been in the Car audio industry for quite sometime and I love it even though it is very additive. On my spare time from work I love to test products from the car audio industry and recommend them to friends and family as well as write a full review on the forums of what I thought of the product.. I am also into doing some pretty decent installs and have been planning to do a full blown mach 5 system when testing is done..
