hey new here, I just finished the install on my single cab truck. I'm running two 10" Fi Q's in a ported box tuned to 36hrz and a Hifonics BXI 2006D amp. My head unit is a Pioneer AVH D4000 DVD. I think it turned out alright. I'm looking at components right now probably Premier or Focal with Fosgate amp. I'll get some pics up for you guys shortly. Ryan

well, i signed back up after the crash and i figured id share my progress here. i have a 15" fully loaded BTL in a 4 cubes @ 34 hz box, ma audio hk4000d modded to .7 ohms, type x componants, ma audio hk398. the box is finished and carpeted and now im going to start on the false floor, install the second batt, upgrade the wiring, and tune it up. im going to be getting an alternator within the next month.

I have a 08 chevy crew cab Im running all fosgate components I need to build an enclosure to fit under my back seat I will have to raise the back seat though I am know running a T1000 fosgate amp for my subs and would like to run a FI Bl 12" sub and I have know idea how to get the best damentions for an enclosure the area I will have to work with is best described as a wedge style box 55" long 17"wide And 7" tall on one side and 11" on the other with a notch in the center for the drive line tunnel that is the area I have to work with and I would like to make it out of MDF can any one help me design a box for this

Hi all. I am looking to replace the stock sub in my Lexus GS 430 w/ Mark Levinson system. (to start) I will be replacing the front door speakers and dash tweeters with components later (probably Focal 6.5 K2s), The rear deck fill speakers will remain stock (if they sound OK after the upgrades elsewhere) Fist I would like to start with the subwoofer. I have a JBL 300W mono amp to power the sub I will be adding. Will the SD10 work as in IB sub? The stock sub I am looking to replace is a 10" mounted in the center of the rear deck. I am building a system and starting off slow. My first purchase as far as amps and subs will be a SAZ-3000 and a Dual 2ohm BTL18. It will be wired at 1ohm for the 3000 rms. I would like to expand on this later with another SAZ-3000 and BLT18 for a combined 6000 rms. I have never strapped 2 amps before and I'm trying to make sure I buy the correct sub to start off with. I understand the impedance for a single amp system but I'm confused as to how it works when you start strapping amps together. What would my impedance be with the two amps strapped and two Dual 2ohm subs? I'm looking for a final 2 ohms since this is what the strapped amps are rated at. This has probably be…
