Ordered my new frontstage today !!! Adire Extremis Mids, yep 2 of them! Coustic XM6 Bandpassable Xover Vifa 1" textile tweets Should be a good time, and I'll have plenty of pics of the doorpod rebuild coming soon! Also I'll be posting pics of of me Sand blasting and painting my Audiobahn A6601t 6 channel Flat black. (It's not a bad amp, but I would never buy it knowing what I do now). Anyway... Death to teh Chrome! Looking foreward to posting here more often! also Acidburn and NGSM13 are teh n00b!

Hello, I joined this forum to learn about this new company SoundSplinter, well at least new to me. Speaking of which how long has SS been around. To be honest I have been a JL Audio Fan, they make the best Amps hands down. But I don't think there subs are a good value at all. So I have been in search of a new subwoofer to replace my 12w6v2's. I am now a father, (my son just turned 1 last Friday!) So I don't have the need or space for big bass system. But I still want to crank it when I am ridin solo. I actually just reinstalled my system about a week ago, because babies and pregnant woman don't like bass. I am looking to get a single 8 or 10. The RL-I8 is very impressive…

Well my name is Mike. I'm from Greenwood, IN. Been around ca.com for quite a while. Been into stereos for almost 3 years now and have been into cars since my dark ages. My current system consists of Kicker KS35 fronts, Pioneer HU(debating on which of my 2 I wana use), 2 AW1206T Subs, Power Acoustic A1800DB Amp. Plan on getting a set of 6.5 comps along w/ a set of 6x9s maybe. I am a trained ASE cert mechanic(passed this year and I'm only a jr in HS). I love cars and I love everything to do w/ engines. lots more about me but not enough time/effort to tell

Hey guys, Finally got me to register instead of lurking in the shadows. Been into Car Audio since the late 80's and truthfully I joined up to get in on the special order 2 ohm deal as this sub will integrate right into my truck quite nice.

Whassup peepols!!! I was lurking a little and I see alot of familiar names from caraudio.com so what is SSA? Is this a rouge group of unhappy caraudio members? Who runs this place? I notice you guys go into more than just audio. Is this a big place? How long has SSA been around? Jerry
