I have a 08 chevy crew cab Im running all fosgate components I need to build an enclosure to fit under my back seat I will have to raise the back seat though I am know running a T1000 fosgate amp for my subs and would like to run a FI Bl 12" sub and I have know idea how to get the best damentions for an enclosure the area I will have to work with is best described as a wedge style box 55" long 17"wide And 7" tall on one side and 11" on the other with a notch in the center for the drive line tunnel that is the area I have to work with and I would like to make it out of MDF can any one help me design a box for this

Been out of the big time car audio loop for a little over 10 years, so I guess I am reliving my childhood again. lol I was fortunate enough to have company cars for the past 10 years and my car audio has been pretty modest. Components in the front doors and an Infinity bass link under the seat was my last set up. Not great, but better than factory full range. Well unfortunately the company car deal is over and now it's time to do things right. Luckily, I still have some Fosgate Power amps in perfect condition I can still use. I was wondering if any one has a cut list and a box design for a sa-8 ported-- I orderd a box design from ssa and have yet to get it ( back in March), got the sa-8 and amp , but no disign - have miss two shows cause of the no desing show up- so if any one could help I would really appricate it , I have heard great things about ssa but it seems there having problems with the turnaround time/ or even answering e-mails.$40 ids alot for a design I would think it would not take more than 1- 1/12 weeks to get thank you

I do all the work on my truck and some cheapskate installs for friends that i can't convince to spend more then 300 on a subwoofer install. lol i just got MECP certified. be expecting a build log as soon as my 15" FI BL gets in, in a week or so. and i build a 3.3 cube 33hz enclosure for my zx1500.1 in my f-150. and build brackets for my type R components. Somehow, some way my search for one of my favorite people, Jeff Blair, has led me here. No, he never had any record worth having during the time I knew him, and yeah I read that shit about the blue truck but that was shit so I know it didn't work on the meter. No matter, the guy can drive the balls off a race car and was one of my best friends back before he corrupted me with his box ideas. (Jeff, if you are reading this, you actually made me one of the best low watt box builders ever, wish we'd stay'd in touch.) This is half flamebait to find him, so if you do, pass him my way.

Hi guys I'm putting a Sony unit with wireless carplay into my hiace camper next week. There's a pink wire comes out of the head unit that needs to be connected to the VSS (aka speed pulse signal wire) for the maps to work properly. Hello everyone, my name is Jack and I been lurking for a few weeks and found lots of cool technical information on this site. So I am coming out of the woodwork to get a little more active on the site. Been away from car audio for too many years, now I am back to have some fun in the dB drag lanes for the 09 season. I live in N. Ca in the Sacramento valley and had a chance to attend / bug most of the guys that competed in the dB drags this year.
