Hello! I'm new here. I've been browsing tons of forums for an idea of what to do. I was laid off from my job about 3 month ago. I've been looking for a job since then, but did not even get a single interview. I worked as a web designer for a publishing company for the last 5 years. Looks like www.soundsolutionsaudio.com is an active forum with active members and may be someone has some experience working as a freelance web designer. May be "Newbie Sign IN" category is not the most appropriate for this question, but I want to try anyways to get some opinions before I go ahead with my life. Jim from CA, been on here for somethime and was on longer, but for some reason had to re-register. Anyway, just saying hi and will be looking for some help and opinions on how to best hook up my stuff in the future. It will be going in a 1970 Chevy Blazer I'm sloowly but surely restoring and will be putting a system in it sometime down the road. So far, I have aquired speakers for it little by little and now will concentrate on looking how to configure them around the new Zed Audio amps, and figure out which ones to purchase as budget permits.

Hi guys I'm putting a Sony unit with wireless carplay into my hiace camper next week. There's a pink wire comes out of the head unit that needs to be connected to the VSS (aka speed pulse signal wire) for the maps to work properly. hi everyone im sort of new to this so still learning have a couple projects going on but my main one is having 3 skar vvx 8s in a 2000 integra. still havent got around to getting it installed as im still buying the components and still need to build a box. the 2nd project I got is small and simple just putting a single 12" dcon on my dads piece of shyt saturn lol this is the one im working on now and going to put it on my car meanwhile i get the other stuff going long story on why im doing this in this order but yea dont want to explain why. lol i guess thats it for now and talk to you guys around the forum.

Yup, another squid... but a damn good looking one. I just bought an '05 4Runner and am halfway through a helluva quality budget build. Scion T1809 HU, MB Quart components/coaxials... and looking for a budget monster 8" sub. I've pretty much decided on a RL-i8 at around .4cuft, but am also looking at an Orphan8... $50 is $50 after all. I was trying to keep the whole thing under $500... and was there with a used Cadence amp and an Alpine 10R... but then I got to looking at how big I was going to need to build a box and it was just too much. So I'm getting a Fi Bl 15 and I was wondering about yalls oppions on tuning and box size. I know absolutely nothing about tuning so that's mainly what I'm looking for, but what size box should I get as well. I'm getting an audio shop by me to build it.

Hello everyone, my name is Jack and I been lurking for a few weeks and found lots of cool technical information on this site. So I am coming out of the woodwork to get a little more active on the site. Been away from car audio for too many years, now I am back to have some fun in the dB drag lanes for the 09 season. I live in N. Ca in the Sacramento valley and had a chance to attend / bug most of the guys that competed in the dB drags this year.
