Hey whats up everyone. just stoppin in to let everyone know what im about. Im a 23 kid with an addiction to bass. I originally started messin with systems when i was about 15 got my first one when i was 16 it was a couple of old school MA audio 10's dont know what series but i thought they were loud running of my PPI. Then i steped up the game when MTX came out with there T8000 series i had 2 12" in a crafted ported enclousure, ran by a 6500d mtx amp. for up front i had MTX top of the line highs ran off the H/U wow i thought i was good.lol. After i sold that car i had my system in i started driving a truck which you really cant do much with so i didnt mess with it for a w…

JUST SAYIN WHAT UP TO EVERYONE ON THE SITE

i just orderd a 15" Q that will be powered with a SoundStream 1500D. will be buliding a box for it in the next few weeks. so ill be around geting info and asking questions along the way. this will be going in a 97 nissan hardbody. i also have a 06 nissan Frontier 4x4 NISMO that ill be installing a system in this summer.

just wondering what you guys would have done differently to your in car audio system givin the chance to go back and do it all over again. i usualy learn on my own mistakes but id rather save me a lot of time and money on my system. all comments appreciated!

Well everyone's title was "Hello", so I decided to do things a little different. Anyway I have a car, it has my second system in it. It is an old maxima and came with a Bose system. I thought it sounded great, until it crapped out and since it had 1-ohm speakers, it meant getting a head unit and new speakers too. That was maybe 2 years ago, so now I'm rolling in my ultra-budget system. It's more of an experiment always in progress. This week I sealed my doors and also got the circuit diagram for and built a PWM LED Dimmer so I can make my ride ultra-sexy for the ladies. lol. I found this site through DevilDriver on S10Forum. I'm pretty active over there, especially in the car audio/security section of the forum. I know a good deal about what's going on in the audio world. I also work at circuit city installing in the roadshop. (Keep in mind that I didn't say "i'm the best installer in the world because I work in CC's roadshop". I know that Kicker isn't be-all-end-all of car audio...heh. What's fellow audiophiles. New from southeast Ohio. Been in the game mildly since 1998. Had kids drifted away came back and was like wtf happened. Fosgate, MTX, JL and Kicker no longer run the landscape. Still learning about these newer (to me) brands. Put an AB XFL 15 in my Durango on my 15 year old Diamond Audio Amps. I'll post the install later if there a sub for it. I went to Slamology last year and got the itch to go bigger so here I am. Hope I don't ask too many questions and am able to help out where I can.
