Whats up all! I am about to purchase build new system and I am starting with the low end. I want great sound quality, reliability and lots of output! Big 3 (Optima 750CCA and factory 90amp alternator) Alpine CDA-9887 Alumapro Cap5 V2 I dont know which amp yet but I have it narrowed down to these two choices Sundown SAZ-1500D US Amps 400DE I think I am going with one 15" subwoofer and I have narrowed it down to these three choices RE SX15 Fi BTL 15 SSA XCON 15D2 What amp and sub combo do you think would be best? All three subs seem great and both amps are excellent, any advice?

yes hello i wanna say that i luv this site vry helpful my question is i have 2 us amps md1d one on each kicker l7 15 inch @ 2 ohms. I was wondering how can i set them to get the most out of them and can i bring my subs down to another ohm also they are strap. Thanks for all the help and may this site contuine to floursh. Hello ssa forum. I'm new to the whole car audio forum. I'm in the works of building a system. Haven't had any slap since high school. As I have found technology has greatly change since then, sure I will have plenty of questions. Run down I have a 07 Saturn ion looking to get a Q18 2 ohm in the trunk running it with a rockford T1500 amp. Should sound good since my car is pretty much just plastic. Been curious if the dent resistant panels are bass proof lol. Just throwing out there clueless on how to power this amp "cheaply" as in not looking to have to buy a alt. Thank you ahead of time for the welcomes.

Hey guys what's up...so I'm new to all this car audio forum stuff and am trying to fumble f__k my way through this post....so here it is...I am old school and have all old school shit....I'm looking at powering this beast of a system.....I have all of this in an 04 toyota tundra access cab limited.....basically I have around 20k of power needs....I'm running 2 DVC 10's by cerwin vega...2 DVC 12's by cerwin vega...3 different cerwin 6.5 component systems...head unit is 10.6 inch touchscreen with every bell and whistle imaginable....for power I'm old school also with a lanzar 8k velocity amp..(2 channel) for the 10's...a lanzar 2.5k velocity amp...(4 channel) for components…

Powered by an AutoTek ASM-1200.4 amp with the front doors going thru a DB Drive 12DB Passive Cross over. Spent some time in college, spent some time on my career, spent a little time on life. Now I'm in a comfortable spot in life where I have the time for treating my car like a toy again. Now that I am out of college and got myself a new car, I am putting together my new system, so I will be on the board quite frequently in the next month or more. Found this forum from the sundown website. I have a new system going in my titan with CDT ES Gold 3way front stage and a Sundown amp powering it for now. Undecided on subs at this point but much more for SQ than SPL. Looking forward to getting it all together. This is a 04 Nissan Titan King Cab.
