Hello fellow floridians . I am in the first couple stages of making a car club based out of central florida. Our club logo has been made as well as decals for all the cars. Our club name is Southern Comfort, we wanted something to do with the south and I think we nailed it with this club name. My name is Ryan, I am 23 years old and I currently reside in Orange City Florida which is about 30 mins north of Orlando. I am a Information Technologist at a Urology office in orlando during the day, and I spend hours after work with my gf and my other gf(my bu) . Hey guys the name is Alan and i live in Durham, NC. Been roaming around the forums for the past couple weeks and finally got around to making an account. Ya'll seem like a nice bunch of guys with a lot of car audio knowlege and i cant wait to get to know you all better. Right now iv got a Memphis M3 15 with a pr.500d amp in a 4.3^3 box tuned to 34hz. Search done . No results found for 'who is ssa'. Just want to know who is SSA, where just looking over the site i recognize some usernames from other sites yet never seen them with the product at shows they have attended. I would love to see these subs in action considering the company is in my "backyard" and from what i can see so far the prices are "reasonable".

Already posted this question in a different section, but this is my first post so give me a break The trunk of my car( 1999 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI) has opening that connects the trunk with the inside cabin of the car. I was wondering if facing the port towards this opening instead of towards the rear of the car would increase SPL or hurt it. Will the air be pushed into the cabin of the car or will it just be trapped in the trunk bouncing around on it self. I will prob end up leaving a gap of about 3" - 5" between the enclosure and the actual opening because the trunk gets narrow towards the back. Would I have to place the port directly in front of the opening or would h…

Alright guys what's up! I need some help here. Right now I have a 97 BMW 318is with a 12'' Kicker CVR in a ported box a 800watt PPI PCX2200 amp. and a ghetto cheap cap from Fry's. Now I need some Components that'll fit just like factory. My local shop told me to go with Focals so that'll probably be what i run with unless i get enough people to tell me i can get something as good for cheaper haha. I was wondering if I could get a sub that'll rape 2 12'' cvr, cvx, jl w6v2. I want a single sub at 800rms that'll use a box that takes almost half my trunk. I do care about SQ. I've read that RE SE and SX are great subs. I wanted to see what else was out there. Oh and right now …

Can anyone help me out. I have a 2002 S-10 ext. cab and for my sub amp I have a Infinity 611a which is around 650 watts @2ohm. I want to use 3 RE RE-10D4 but someone suggested 2 SR-12D2. I listen to a lot of rap bass heavy music and I just sold my L7 12 for a CVX 12 then I found RE. The reason for wanting to use those subs is $. I can purchase either setup for $150. Will the 3 10's or 2 12's output match the L7 or CVX ? I need some serious help with this and what type of box, sealed or ported. Thanks
