Just opening this thread for discussion and to see who all wants to come. Right now I have set the meet for September 6. This is not is stone so we can change it if need be. Me and Kent have been talking about this for some time and we finally decided to put it into action before the weather changes around here.

well, i'm on the demo ring for the new RL-s for the week of December 12th, and i figure what would be better than getting a bunch of us together to try the thing out at the moment, im planning for Saturday, December 17th. I feel this is a good date for everyone since it is on the weekend and everyone should be done with school and maybe on christmas break from work by then. The location is still to be determined but it will be in the Phoenix area somewhere. Hopefully, we can get the Tucson and Sierra Vista guys to come up, and maybe even the SoCal guys will make the trip. As many of you know of the recent errors but I still get them sometimes, also some of the stickies are nonexistent. Anybody else get the errors or is it just me?

We've installed a new skin, i'm still working on converting the legends (section buttons) and a few misc. images, but so far, i'm loving this new skin. It also has a hover feature that when you drag your mouse over board sections you'll see a hover image, as well, you can now click anywhere with in the entire section and it will take you to that section. For now, we are not changing the board default untill I get the skin set where we like it. But feel free to preview it and tell us what you think. This is also a medium - light skin. SSA Forum T-Shirt Design Contest Since this was discussed recently, we are going bring back the SSA forum shirt. A number of years back, we did a contest for the members to come up with the design. It was a pretty good success, and Mark and I thought it would be a good idea to bring back. This T-shirt is for the forum, and will support the costs to run/maintain the forum. What we are aiming for is an image design, not a written slogan. It can be basic or abstract, just a design that you feel goes well with the forum that people will like. Just placed a rather large order for these items with a custom embroidery shop. All things you see if my "estimated" pictures below will be embroidered. We ordered Dickies brand button downs with embroidered front left pocket and back large SSA logo on them. These should come out well. I'll post up a picture of the real samples in a few days when I get them. We will be selling these at cost! I thought we should open this up to the members. This is sparked by the T-Shirts, but we do need a design. Only stipulations is a simple easy to recognize logo that includes the website name. We need both a TeamSSAudio.com version and a SoundSolutionsAudio.com version. Once we have atleast 6 quality logos, there will be a vote for the winner. SSA member account news for all members and staff. Due to the major up grade in software to 3.0, followed by the move to a dedicated server, then by the the security update, I was able to do some member account adjustments. I fixed the reputation feature ( +, - ) usability, please do not abuse this feature, or we will turn it off. A few member and/or moderator groups have more: PM space storage image upload space signature banner size reputation allowed to give I had to decrease some of the member groups signature length as we want to keep the board tidy and running smooth, and not look trashy like some of these other car audio sites with numerous distractive banners …
