With that said, we have installed what we think to be one of the best forum classifieds system, period. Take a look at it, post your f/s or wanted ads, and enjoy. More info on this will come shortly. Eventually, the forum will be exclusively on this system.

Over the past few months our current dedicated server seemed to be more and more stressed. As an combined effort of our host, Aaron & I, we have moved over to a brand spanking new Intel Quad-Core server with much better hardware. After the 24 hr period for the nameservers to propagate, you should find the site and all of our other sites to be noticeably faster in page load times. If you do notice a page not working, or something working a bit funny, please do not report this until after Tuesday Night around 6pm EST, thank you for your input.

Just a quick note to those of you who haven't noticed (since Aaron does such a great job), I will be out of town on my "holiday" untill the 5th of Jan. Thanks for your understanding! Hope everyone is having a great holiday!

Just opening this thread for discussion and to see who all wants to come. Right now I have set the meet for September 6. This is not is stone so we can change it if need be. Me and Kent have been talking about this for some time and we finally decided to put it into action before the weather changes around here.

Rep System Explanation and Guidelines. This is a newer feature to this site. It became active when we did the big software upgrade mid-2009. I did not lay out some rules as I felt this site's member base was capable of handling it like adults. The purpose is to either reward people who are taking the time out to really help the forum, in terms of topics or posts that are beneficial in information, or to give a warning to those posting negative or vastly incorrect information. It is a nice little feature that can be a positive addition to new members, especially when they are looking for something they need, and they find it right here by one of our members, so +1. …

We wanted to make it official and name our network of forums. To make it easier to browse between them all, we thought it would be a great idea to create a "tab like" header bar on every site, so you can flip between them quickly. Want to see it work?! Simply look at the top of the page and click away Enjoy our sites, sign up on them all, post questions, answers, build logs, for sale items or photos.

We are very proud to be able to offer this free to our users! This is a feature rich classifieds section, that will now replace the current "thread" type F/S section. Completely integrated into the software and moderator approved feedback. If leaving feedback for a f/s thread whether your the buyer or seller, you must provide the link to the f/s thread. Once your feedback is submitted, someone from the mod team will go through and approve it once it checks out. FEEDBACK
