At the request of a member, I've installed this mod. And it is awesome. Above and beyond what Vbulletin's thread hover does. Check out the screen shot of it. **this mod doesn't work in recent topics on the top of the board, you have to enter a forum section for it to work. Irronically this mod doesn't work in the annoucement section. hmm??

as of today, CA-F has now been converted over to Invsion Power Board, the same as SSA's software. We moved ahead with the conversion because we believe that people were not sticking around there based on the forum software, it was kind of strange in comparision to the norm. As many of you know of the recent errors but I still get them sometimes, also some of the stickies are nonexistent. Anybody else get the errors or is it just me?

I don't know if this is some type of repost or even if i put it in the correct area, but i just noticed that yesterday was a record day in terms of visitors here. 257 members viewed the forums, not including all the lurkers (and there are a ton around) Pretty impressive, looks like you guys have been experiencing a pretty steady growth. Hopefully this trend continues for years to come

Just added google search to the site. I felt that the IPB search was limited and this was a needed addition. Feel free to use it and make sure you click a few ads in the results to help support SSA's never ending hosting fee's etc...

Thanks for baring with us, we are now in contact with Invision Power Services to upgrade out board with the most recent copy of their software that includes a new REcaptcha system for spam bots. Essentially should solve the problem.

Just opening this thread for discussion and to see who all wants to come. Right now I have set the meet for September 6. This is not is stone so we can change it if need be. Me and Kent have been talking about this for some time and we finally decided to put it into action before the weather changes around here.

We've installed a new skin, i'm still working on converting the legends (section buttons) and a few misc. images, but so far, i'm loving this new skin. It also has a hover feature that when you drag your mouse over board sections you'll see a hover image, as well, you can now click anywhere with in the entire section and it will take you to that section. For now, we are not changing the board default untill I get the skin set where we like it. But feel free to preview it and tell us what you think. This is also a medium - light skin.
