as of today, CA-F has now been converted over to Invsion Power Board, the same as SSA's software. We moved ahead with the conversion because we believe that people were not sticking around there based on the forum software, it was kind of strange in comparision to the norm. Denim and I have been thinking about ways to get more traffic back to the forum, and have a few ideas about contests, like a classifieds contest, were we would pick a random user every month for a prize, but I am sure you guys have some great ideas for contests.... lets come up with a great idea, and get this place back on top of the forum game, once again...

I was wondering if you guys would see the benifit of a sports/fitness/nutrition section? Steveo could run it just wondering, I know a few of you lift (including me) post up your thoughts and ideas if you feel its worth it, if not thats ok too

I know it's been a long time since i've been on here but i had a lot going on. we bought a new house last june and i have been working in the basement ever since. didn't compete last year at all. i think i've only done a hand full of installs. well, i feel the need to hang out and get back in the swing of things so here i am...i'll browse the threads now....
