Anyone having a lot of trouble getting through to anyone? I place and order 2 and a half months ago and still havent received anything, tracking number says nothing about items being shipped. Tried calling numerous times and sent so many emails, still nothing. Its become an absolute joke I've paid almost $1000 and dont have any of my items, any help would be great. Tried emailing : international@crescendo, sales@crescendo, they were quick to reply when I needed to know postage but now its impossible to get anything from them.

  2. Hello Crecendo Audio community I am looking to upgrade my speakers in my 2011 NIssan Altima S... I have already purchased a Pioneer AVH-X5500BHS Dvd Head unit and will be installing it soon.. Im pretty sure this unit will have enough settings to configure the speakers properly.. I believe the car has 6 speakers because it is a "S Model". I have read a few different websights on the accual size of the speakers and I believe they are as follows... Front Dash are 3.5"... Front door are 6.5" and the Back Top of Trunk are 6x9's (however I have hurd theyr will acomidate a 6.5" as well) Alot has changed with car adudio in the last 10 years and I'm more a computer and home the…

Hi there, my name is Jim, and I'm new here. I can install but conceed I know very little about the science of what I'm doing, therefore I'm looking for a little help in optimizing my current project as it is different, and of course budget restricted. The project; I am currently refurbishing a boat, it's a '93, 21' Reinell Sunliner bowrider with Chev.305/Mercruiser I/o. I have a Rockford 15, and a sony xm-405eqx, a Alpine 9886 head unit I would like to use, also a pair of energy 4" coaxials. I am wondering about the Crescendo Super tweeter and 6.5's. Knowing I need more amp as well, at least another two channel. My goal is to fill this boat area with as full spectrum as p…

Hey my BC2K just came in today and it looks great. I'm looking to install it tomorrow after work but I'm confused as to how to hook up the amp. I've never owned a mono amp that had more than 2 speaker terminals. I have one 2 ohm DVC sub right now rated at 600 watts and would like to wire it in series to 4 ohms to get the 700 watts of power @ 4 ohms. I undersant I have to wire the sub in series but I don't know which speaker terminals to use. Im also receiving another matching sub soon amd would like to know how to wire them both for the 1100 watts @ 2 ohms when. Please help me out these 4 speaker terminals have me stumped Also, does the bass knob control the gain or doe…

  11. I'm trying to get a hold of someone at Crescendo to replace the faulty bass knob I received with my 3500D purchased here on SSA a year or so ago. I've sent multiple emails and left multiple voice mails with no response, so I figured perhaps a post here might get their attention. Also, if anyone has working alternate contact info for them that would be very helpful as well.

Does anyone have any info pertaining to crescendo's backorder? I know people have been waiting several months to get their equipment with no ETA on when they will receive it (including myself). I've been checking the website and the SSA site to get updates and it seems that every time there's been an ETA date posted, it just gets pushed back another month after the date is reached.. I heard crescendo is having some issues in-house... this has me worried, as I have spent over 1k on equipment I haven't received yet. Any info on this would be great, if anyone knows anything. Thanks in advance.

I ordered two FT1 4ohm tweeters and two PWX-8in mids 4ohm. Well the 8's that came are 8ohm.....Should I try and make this work or just send back for the 4 ohms? The amp is a Alpine PDX 4.150 and does rated at 4 or 2 ohms.

I bought a bc2k about 6 months ago and about 1 month ago my bass knob clipping light would work but the stop working till I tapped on it. Well a few days ago it finally stopped working all together. Is that part of the warranty? If not how much would it cost to buy a new one?
