Not too much goes on here anymore, seems pretty quiet lately.

Wildfires have destroyed 25,000 acres and at least 500 homes in Bastrop, just southeast of Austin, as well as 1,600 acres and at least 24 homes in Montgomery County, northeast of Houston. Many thousands have been evacuated and thousands more may have to in the coming week(s) while rescue workers try to at least contain the fires. These are in addition to at least 60 other wildfires raging across the state. Stay safe, and if you're in the line of fire GET THE FUCK OUT ASAP!!

Christmas started off great. Then the drunk driver's don't stop at RED LIGHTS!!!! Ive met a lot of smart people on this forum that despite their intelligence, they are pretty fuckin stupid. Ive also met a lot of not so smart people on this forum that are flat out retarded. I need to ask a few questions to my fellow health gurus Aaron and Steve, along with anyone else... So I am severely stressed as you guys know. I have been eating the same as usual maybe just a tad less. I am however back in the pool for about 50-60 laps 3 times a week. Here is my problem... I have gone from 185lbs to 163lbs in 3 weeks max (I am 6'2" and thin framed). I am still going down at a rate of 1-2 lbs every 2 days. I dont feel healthy, but I cant eat more without making myself feel worse. Nothing worse then over eating...I hate that feeling. I look better, but I dont feel better, I feel much worse. No energy, light headed...not good. I unfortunatly cant go …

Well fellas, I suffered my first loss as t-ball coach. I was extremely disappointed in the way my team played. We should have won that game. Our fielding was pitiful, we gave them way too many runs from stupid mistakes (kids not paying attention when ball hit there way, throwing it around the field). We didn't hit very well either. But we were missing 3 of our top 6 hitters. The final score was 18-15. They will pay at practice on Thursday.

Ive been trying to access the ca board all day and its messed up. i keep getting script erros like somehow some code got left out or rearranged. the board isnt showing up at all...its all out of wack... anyone else having this problem?
