I Wasn't sure where to stick this, so I thought this would be the best place. Admins please feel free to move if need be. Im wanting to buy some audio equipment when my tax return comes in. Maybe 3 12's or a big 15, and a nice sized amp to power them to 1,500Watts. Problem is Im overseas in germany for the army and im guessing shipping would he outragous for a nice stereo setup from the states. I currently have one of those crescendo bass clef amps. Can't stand the color of the top plate. Does anyone know how I would go about changing the color? Would it have to be sent off to be anodized? I know nothing really about how that even works or who to send it off too. The writing on the top plate is etched in so as long as it isn't a thick paint or something I would imagine all that will still be there?? Just an off topic post.. What do you guys think?

Ive been looking online for headers/catback for the burb. I noticed that Summit has pretty cheap headers as well as cat backs. Is it worth it ? I definetly dont want flowmaster mufflers/catback because I HATE the sound that they make. P.S I was also told that going with a 1 5/8" header pipe would be better than a 1 1/2" pipe for flow reasons. The only company that offers the 1 5/8" headers for a decient price is Edelbrock. The majority of them offer 1 1/2" header pipe inc Summit. Remember, im poor. summit>jegs

I'm dying to order an Xcon 18 but my Mountaineer keeps begging for attention, differential, power steering, trans fluid needs to be flushed, egr is sheared, the list goes on >:[ I understand the subjective nature of the question, but I've never owned SQ oriented woofers before, except for my IDQ15's that is. I know what I'm selling and at the price it is not a HOT item but HOLY HELL the classifieds section is like a disease to me and I try to avoid it. I cannot see updates on it at all, I cannot make updates at all to it. Don't get me wrong the idea was great but it was not opened in a fashion that made sense.
