Well, sorta. My friend told me about a '70 Chevy C10 pickup that a buddy of his was selling for $500, so I figured while I had a little extra money I'd pick it up and have something to play with It's got an Olds 455 big block motor in it, rebuilt Holley 600 carb, new water pump, new distributor/wiring, new fan. She's not very pretty to look at right now but that'll change once I get it running well... I'm having trouble getting the engine to start for one, the guy told me it ran fine but I can't get the thing to run for more than a few seconds before it dies. Do people who don't know what they are talking about have to say " I have a D class amp" or a "Hifnoics Titan 1500 D Class" Isn't it automaticly asumed if you have half a brain you have a D class on the subs? sure they have a/b amps for subs but they $$$ It's just bothers me horribly. im working on one of our buses, its a 24 volt system..... and i need to do a huge system on it.... so! i need a step down.. somthing that can handle 500 amps or so... or less.. i could just use a few of them i tryed looking for my self.

Well, i just got power back after 2 days of no power from the winds of Ike. One of my pc's PSUs is fried. Another one of my pcs is having random so called software crashed. A 5.1 amp in my room is completely fried. My KVM switch is damaged. My 51" TV is completely fried. One of my surge protectors is fried. Everything that got damaged was on protectors?!?! This just goes to show you that protectors are somewhat worthless. My ps2 was wired directly into the all and it's fine... go figure. So far, repair costs are about $800-1300.

Well, new to me. Pretty excited. 2000 Nissan Sentra GXE, 4door, 42000miles, Maroon Red... $3500. It'll be my commuter car, since it'll get great gas mileage. (Unlike the <15 mpg my v6 truck gets ) So, nothing amazing... just a nice solid car... first car I've owned. (I'm a truck guy...) Pics... when I get a chance. nG

Well I would like to say thanks for everybody that helped me out. Anyway I am trying to get a list of good songs to play on my system. The front end can actually keep up with the woofer for the most part. Here is a list of songs that seems to hit the "sweet" spot on my system. Its a 3.5 cuFt box tuned to about 31.5hz (I am actually think now I tuned too low. Maybe this summer I will fix it). Any suggestions of songs to try would be awesome! I found some great bassy music. Check out some Bassnectar. A customer at work got me turned onto this stuff. Its dubstep which is club music but it bumps.

Okay, so as the title says I need to pass a drug test for work... so i can buy more audio equipment I have to drop on June 1st, the last time I smoked bud was at a party on May 22nd. I only smoke on the weekends, and its a lot. I'm around 6ft 130-140pounds I need some tips/tricks/products/etc to help me pass! I am unaware of the test that will be givin. Thank you!
