Well, I just recently sold my first bike a couple days ago (03 Yamaha R6 which I got back in 07). As I watched her being trailered off I already started to miss her, and still do. But yesterday I picked up my new toy, it's helping ease the pain a lil. Got rid of that big bulky rear fender last night at around midnight. Made my own fender eliminator with the parts from the oem rear fender, saved me some money not going out and buying a fender eliminator kit. Also got rid of the rear pegs. So I heard there was an SPL competition on campus the other day and I decided to go. I was expecting a termlab setup, but some girl shows up with a scosche meter (max 130 db and not accurate). I was like, sweet this isn't going to measure anything lol. The Xcon's performed nicely, everyone was impressed. A guy with 4 15" rockford fosgate p3's ported in a truck in a box that was almost a wall (not sealed). It sounded nice and everything, but it was not as loud as my car and it barely moved air (I can do a hairtrick lol). He even admitted mine was better, yet he won the trophy. Ok there is this song I have heard a few times in people's demo vids on youtube and stuff.. and I can't find it now that im looking for it, just wondered if anyone would randomly know it lol.. Its some song that starts off sounding like.. cartoony or like a tv show or something childish idk i cant remember and then after a few seconds of that weird/silly intro it cuts into a like rap song or bass song kinda thing and sounds awesome..
