Basically I'm on a diet of -Basic carbs: Bread, Rice, Pasta, Salad -Protien: Peanut butter, poultry (in small ammounts), Fish (broiled or grilled, no fried) -Vitamins: Banannas, pills -Medacine: Lots of IBprofien and last but not least A hell of a lot of water (5 litres today), gatoraid only after a run and tea and coffe in small ammounts. Kicked my ass yesterday and it was good. Was at the sounds of the underground tour in Orlando yesterday. I yawned at most bands, but there were some notable. I enjoy Hosre the band, Trivium, and in flames and of course GWAR!!!. Their theatrics just kick ass. That is all.

Well, new to me. Pretty excited. 2000 Nissan Sentra GXE, 4door, 42000miles, Maroon Red... $3500. It'll be my commuter car, since it'll get great gas mileage.
