Basically I'm on a diet of -Basic carbs: Bread, Rice, Pasta, Salad -Protien: Peanut butter, poultry (in small ammounts), Fish (broiled or grilled, no fried) -Vitamins: Banannas, pills -Medacine: Lots of IBprofien and last but not least A hell of a lot of water (5 litres today), gatoraid only after a run and tea and coffe in small ammounts. No red meat, sweets, or loaded sanwiches. I better brake 18:00 I'm shaving my head if we go to state.

so it used to work just fine a couple months ago when i used to come on here alot. and now i'm trying to watch embeded video's and all i see are teh letters that you would put in to embed the video. does that make sense? anyways, how do i fix this, i looked in the settings but i couldn't find anything relating to embeded videos

Alright well my unit readiness nco gave me a call yesterday asking for volunteers to go to iraq and i decided i would go. So i volunteered. Probably another year deployment. My last deployment was 18 months in Afghanistan from MAR2005-OCT2006. So as long as i have internet you might see me on the forums but all my builds and van and what not is gonna be on a freeze for AWHILE. Its too bad cuz i just bought my amps and maxxlink. Not exactly sure when im leaving but could possibly be next week. Didnt give us much time to get things straight around the house and my power of attorney and all the stuff that needs to get done. So I was in the market for a new dmm and I stumbled across this kit on ebay. It's the Extech EX430 dmm and MA200 clamp. Got it all for less the 45 shipped, not a bad deal if you ask me.

How long should it take a company to do a recone kit? Patience is one thing,but wouldn't you guys agree 3 weeks is too long to wait for a recone kit? I mean it takes maybe 10 minutes to do.

I have been looking for a decent 12 gauge pump gun for a while now. Last weekend I came across a gently used Mossberg Maverick 88 Security for peanuts. Today it stopped raining long enough to go to the range. We decided on an impromptu game of "Who Can Hit The 100 yd. Target with Deer Slugs". Turns out that nobody wins that game. Ow. All in all a hell of a day at the range.

so my buddy went to a competition today, and got 3rd place in the 0-600 watt class with 2 type-r 15's on a JL 500/1. said he hit like a 140 some. anyways, he said after all the real tests were done, the people let the entry's put the meter anywhere they wanted. he said a kid put the meter down in the port, and hit a 162. then another kid who was there did the same and hit a 177 what do you guys think of this? i dont know a lot about numbers and what things are capable of, but those numbers didnt seem logical.
