Just because this almost started to really take off on another post. List year, make and model, how many miles and how long you have owned it. Here is mine. 2007 Honda Accord Coupe 42,000 7 Months Put about 20k on it since I have owned it. Guess that is what happens when you live so far away from everything. Hahaha.

If you have never heard of this before then listen up. Im probably a little late on this but oh well. Salvia is an herb that is sold at local head shops around the nation. it is black in color and looks like tobacco with a wet kind of feel. I believe it comes from Mexico in different strengths ranging from 5x-100x. It can be ingested, smoked, and who knows what else. It is known to produce a trance like state of mind kind of like the Indians used to do back in the day. Way back. It is completely legal in all states but luckily on the DEA watch list. I was duped into trying this on my trip to Arkansas about a week or so ago. This guy told me it was like acid but not nearl…

I am sure this is all over the internet by now, but, let's see what people know here A plane is standing on a runway that can move (some sort of band conveyer). The plane moves in one direction, while the conveyer moves in the opposite direction. This conveyer has a control system that tracks the plane speed and tunes the speed of the conveyer to be exactly the same (but in opposite direction). The question is: Will the plane take off or not? Will it be able to run up and take off? I know the answer, do you?

I've been seeing alot of ages fly by the last couple weeks and have to wonder if there is anyone older than me hanging out here. I hit 41 in April. I competed in the late 80's early 90's but between kids and going back to college at 29 (1993 for you math junkies) I fell by the wayside and just kept a nice system for my own tastes. I am now thinking of jumping back in the lanes and have a dedicated partner in my son who will be 16 next month, and wonder if there are many of us old timers left still lurking  about.

  11. To start the story I will by saying at no point did I think I did not deserve the tickets. On my van I have, what may be some of the darkest tint you can have and still be able to drive. 5% over factory 20% on rear five windows, 5% on front two, and 35% on whole windshield with a 10" 5% strip over it. While I have had this my inspection sticker has since expired. But would cost $200ish to get brought up to date due to having to have the front tint removed then replaced, so I have not done it yet. I was driving to a local audio shop I frequent with my GF and friend in the van with me, we were going through a small antique shopping center. Stores on both sides, speed limi…

Is great. I mean, I visit some other forums, deal with the crap, come here and learn, and of course bullshit. Realize that I'll never meet 99.5% of you guys, but you all are great. I was just thinking you know, this place is awesome. No bullshit, quality members, and a great staff. It's not often where you can find a forum such as this (SIN is similar), where guys go absolutely out of their way to find you deals on equipment. During this past week I've had the chance to deal with three different people merchandise wise. Flawless transactions as expected. All three of these people went out of their way to help me out, and I don't quite think just how much they know how…

I found a song on the internet that is supposedly called "Killing You Now". The description says that it is by Tool and Disturbed, but I am the biggest Tool fan on the planet and there is no Maynard, Justin, Danny, or Adam in that song anywhere. I will admit that the guy's voice does sound like Dave Dreiman's from Disturbed, but I can't find this song on the internet, or one of their albums anywhere. If anyone knows who this is actually by, please let me know.... these are the lyrics in case they sound familiar.... Take this f***ing knife out of my back now I'm through bein' the laughter of your damn joke You should have killed me when you f***ed me over When I find my…

  15. Popping in and saying howdy y'all Long story short: I was involved in a car accident around 7PM CST Thursday February 19th. Not my fault, nor is there any dispute on who was at fault by anyone involved or by workers at the scene (EMS, Volunteer Fire Department, Texas Highway Patrol, Memorial Hermann Life Flight, et al). I had my seat belt on. Silver did not make it Due largely to legal reasons, what little juicy details I can give are: I had a clean fracture of both the tibia and fibula on the right leg. The toenail on my right big toe is now gone. Moderate amount of bruising all over my right foot and ankle, bruised the bottom of the left foot and another bruise on my …

Almost everyone who has worked anywhere has probably run into them, whether it's in retail, food, an office environment, etc. People who can't wait to tell your boss what you're not good at, what you're doing wrong, and that you were staring at your coworkers tits yesterday. Like Cutthroat B' from House, they will do whatever it takes to move up in life, even lying. Everyone hates them other than the boss, but that's who's opinion really counts. I've never done it(nor had a reason to), but i'm actually a victim of being snitched on. I worked at Geek Squad when i was 19 I would give customers my business card so they can call me on the side whenever they had computer issue…

My official title is "Gatekeeper". I open and close gates remotely from an office and keep track of people going in and out of those gates (about 30-50 miles away) for a drilling company doing natural gas exploration on private property. I work 6AM-2PM, M-F. Most of the time I just sit here and surf the internet with not much else to do.

Is it human nature to take all forms of criticism and instantly assume the person giving the criticism is trying to insult you personally? I know I used to think that way, I no longer do and now it seems like, to me at least, that a lot of people think that even constructive criticism is insult based. When I try to help people, I try my best to make it seem like I am helping or at least trying to. But there is always someone who wants to assume I am just insulting them, even when I try to explain I am helping, they still think I am just trying to be mean towards them. I bring this up from a recent Facebook conversation where someone assumed I was trying to insult them a…
