I am sure this is all over the internet by now, but, let's see what people know here A plane is standing on a runway that can move (some sort of band conveyer). The plane moves in one direction, while the conveyer moves in the opposite direction. This conveyer has a control system that tracks the plane speed and tunes the speed of the conveyer to be exactly the same (but in opposite direction). The question is: Will the plane take off or not? Will it be able to run up and take off? I know the answer, do you?

Is great. I mean, I visit some other forums, deal with the crap, come here and learn, and of course bullshit. Realize that I'll never meet 99.5% of you guys, but you all are great. I was just thinking you know, this place is awesome. No bullshit, quality members, and a great staff. It's not often where you can find a forum such as this (SIN is similar), where guys go absolutely out of their way to find you deals on equipment. During this past week I've had the chance to deal with three different people merchandise wise. Flawless transactions as expected. All three of these people went out of their way to help me out, and I don't quite think just how much they know how…

So my wife started working at best buy a few weeks ago and i go in today and start talking with the guy in the car audio section and apparently "the loudest sub in the world is a kicker solo x because it has the highest sensitivity of any sub, 92db." and the worlds loudest vehicle is in houston tx pushing an astounding 320 db with 3 kicker solo x's. going on to say that reaching 200db is fairly easy and that his vehicle with 2 kicker L7s is at almost 100db. i couldnt tell whether i was crying or laughing on the inside. The image some people think of that you watch some youtube videos, go to an electronics store and get subs, an amp, and a box you like put them in your ca…

So Edward and I drove down from Austin to visit our boy Bigjon, and it was chill....sat outside on a cloud less Sunday afternoon in the Lone star state and then had a Pass with the meter. Got to take a few pics before the cops came, Bigjon must have a police sense cause he was pullin out when the cops were pullin in. Other than that, I say that we should do this at least once every 2-3 months if not more often. Here are a few pics untill I get home tonight, and look at the following posts cause Edward will post some a few post below this one. Sorry but just look at em through my photobucket account, its quicker. http://s670.photobucket.com/albums/vv62/RS...86f6b5fb688.…

  10. There's this 16 yr old rapper named Earl Sweatshirt who raps about all kinds of crazy stuff. His mother is a professor and was recommended his mixtape by one of her students. Once she heard it and figured out it was her son, she sent him away to a boarding school in Samoa. He's part of a group called "odd future" who has an enormous buzz in the music industry right now. They're traveling the world performing, getting magazine covers, and making millions while earl is stuck at a boarding school. Here's one of the songs she heard Article As a parent, what would you do? IMO, Music is an art and a form of expression. Rap music contains many levels and simply listening an…

If you have never heard of this before then listen up. Im probably a little late on this but oh well. Salvia is an herb that is sold at local head shops around the nation. it is black in color and looks like tobacco with a wet kind of feel. I believe it comes from Mexico in different strengths ranging from 5x-100x. It can be ingested, smoked, and who knows what else. It is known to produce a trance like state of mind kind of like the Indians used to do back in the day. Way back. It is completely legal in all states but luckily on the DEA watch list. I was duped into trying this on my trip to Arkansas about a week or so ago. This guy told me it was like acid but not nearl…

david stern made a comment about how he'd like to see that final. think it was predetermined? was the fix in?? the celtics go from 0-8 on the road to winning 2 in detroit. hmmmmm... that said, i'm kinda stoked over the laker-celtics for the 11th time in the finals. the big 3 vs kobe. who do you think/wnat to win. i'm torn as i'd like to see kobe win one without shaq, whom i think should have never made the 50 greatest at the time he did. but that's a different thread, lol. i'd like to see KG get his, but i don't like pierce or allen. overall, i think LA has the edge, even without homecourt. i see LA in 6. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I am purchasing this home and it has a bridge as the front portion of the driveway that goes over a small lets call it a creek. In the pics you can see that the right wingwall is broken off the approaching abutment. The bridge is solid concrete and not sure what era it was built. Property started being lived on in 1900s and then house rebuild in 85 and then updated in 93. I have drove over the bridge in my town and country and other than the scrape from the dip had noticed no "bowing" or "softness of any kind. I just was wondering if anyone does this kind of work with wingwalls and abutments.

Before the great data loss of '07, I had a topic that I was daily tracking the alexa traffic ranking of main domain of SSA. As of today the number is the best since I had alexa track our ranking. We are currently sitting at: 978,558 before the upgrade we were hovering in the upper 99x,xxx to 115,xxx range. The closer to 1 the better.

  21. Popping in and saying howdy y'all Long story short: I was involved in a car accident around 7PM CST Thursday February 19th. Not my fault, nor is there any dispute on who was at fault by anyone involved or by workers at the scene (EMS, Volunteer Fire Department, Texas Highway Patrol, Memorial Hermann Life Flight, et al). I had my seat belt on. Silver did not make it Due largely to legal reasons, what little juicy details I can give are: I had a clean fracture of both the tibia and fibula on the right leg. The toenail on my right big toe is now gone. Moderate amount of bruising all over my right foot and ankle, bruised the bottom of the left foot and another bruise on my …

I found a song on the internet that is supposedly called "Killing You Now". The description says that it is by Tool and Disturbed, but I am the biggest Tool fan on the planet and there is no Maynard, Justin, Danny, or Adam in that song anywhere. I will admit that the guy's voice does sound like Dave Dreiman's from Disturbed, but I can't find this song on the internet, or one of their albums anywhere. If anyone knows who this is actually by, please let me know.... these are the lyrics in case they sound familiar.... Take this f***ing knife out of my back now I'm through bein' the laughter of your damn joke You should have killed me when you f***ed me over When I find my…

  23. To start the story I will by saying at no point did I think I did not deserve the tickets. On my van I have, what may be some of the darkest tint you can have and still be able to drive. 5% over factory 20% on rear five windows, 5% on front two, and 35% on whole windshield with a 10" 5% strip over it. While I have had this my inspection sticker has since expired. But would cost $200ish to get brought up to date due to having to have the front tint removed then replaced, so I have not done it yet. I was driving to a local audio shop I frequent with my GF and friend in the van with me, we were going through a small antique shopping center. Stores on both sides, speed limi…
