Billy Graham had just finished a tour of the Florida East Coast and was taking a limousine to the airport. Having never driven a limo, he asked the chauffeur if he could drive for a while. Well, the chauffeur felt like he didn't have much of a choice, so he got in the back of the limo and Billy took the wheel. He turned onto I-95 and accelerated to about 75 MPH. WHAM! The blue lights of the State Highway Patrol flashed in his rearview mirror. He pulled over and a trooper came to his window. When the trooper saw who it was, he said, "Just a moment, please, I need to call in." The trooper radioed in and asked for the chief. He said, "I have a REALLY importan t pe…

This is a true story. An elderly Florida lady did her shopping and, upon returning to her car she found four males in the act of leaving with her vehicle. She dropped her shopping bags and drew her handgun, proceeding to scream at the top of her voice, "I have a gun, and I know how to use it! Get out of the car!" The four men didn't wait for a second invitation. They got out and ran like mad. The lady, somewhat shaken, then proceeded to load her shopping bags into the back of the car and got into driver's seat. She was so shaken that she could not get her key into the ignition. She tried and tried, and then it dawned on her why. A few minutes later, she found her own car …

Starting in a little while I'll be doing lots of travelling ... all on the highway. Work requires me to travel all over the province, as well as parts of Alberta. CST lift + 40's + tuned 2500HD crew cab does not work well doing the above. I've actually been looking at something like this for the past 2-3 years, but never really had the justification/wallet to go buy one. Acura TL - 26mpg on the highway; right in the price range; 300hp is nice. BMW 545i - 26mpg on the highway; a little more expensive; not 100% sure on the front end; 325hp + 6spd works well. Cadillac CST-V - 25mpg on the highway; 6spd manual + 400hp; again not 100% sold on how it looks, could get used to…

Don't Lick Envelopes I used to work for an envelope company. Our plant supervisor used to work in the Chicago plant and told us not to lick the envelopes because they would often find dead rats at the bottom of the glue barrel (after thousands of envelopes had been glued and shipped). EEWW! ------------------------------------------------------ I work in a factory and we have 2 employees who used to work in an envelope factory. They told me that when the machine jams up, they use whatever water is handy to thin out the glue. This includes water that they just mopped the floor with. Since then, I've avoided licking envelopes... ---------------------------------------------…

im sick of that thing just sitting in my driveway sucking up money If you all arent aware of it, the engine is messed up. There is a very eminent knocking on the left side of the engine. Only happens when it gets warm. i was tolld it might be the camfhaft or a rod...i forgot I know you guys are gear heads so i thought you might be able to help me on this i believe it was because of lack of oil, low oil pressure. After it gets hot it runs about 5-10 PSI and knocks like mad ( sounds like a diesel) Dont have much money, so the cheapest/best idea is preferred

Can you guys do me a favor and check my auction for me? I don't see anything incorrect, but I am really baffled by the price this thing is at right now. I don't think it's worth that much. Thanks! BTW, I only paid $135 shipped for it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...me=STRK:MESE:IT

This is a bricklayer's accident report, which was printed in the newsletter of the Australian equivalent of the Workers Compensation board. This is a true story. Had this guy died, he\'d have received a Darwin Award for sure....... Dear Sir, I am writing in response to your request for additional information in Block 3 of the accident report form. I put \"poor planning\" as the cause of my accident. You asked for a fuller explanation and I trust the following details will be sufficient. I am a bricklayer by trade. On the day of the accident, I was working alone on the roof of a new six-story building. When I completed my work, I found that I had some bricks left over whic…

Haven't spent much time with the kid. He takes the Mazda (w/ uberwoofer) out once in a while. I'd rather him have something a little quicker and a little nicer. So, it'll be our little project. Winter tires are still on there. And we've already ordered some nice gold rims.

How do you get a clown off of a unicycle? Hit him in the face with a pick-axe. What is the only bad thing about eating Wendy's French Fries? The fact your eating out of a thirteen year old red heads box. Why can't Jesus eat M&Ms? They keep falling through the holes in his hands. A nun walks by a bar and then all of a sudden a drunk man walks out and starts beating the crap out of the nun; people start gathering around and break it up, then the drunk man gets up stagering and mumbles, "I told you Batman wasn't that tough." Why does a dog lick his nuts? Because he can. How can you tell if your sperm count is high?? Your girlfriend needs to chew before she can swallow...…

Got the uberwoofer beatin' away in the hatch. Accelerate fairly hard and there's a high pitched noise coming from under the hood. It's like a screetch ... Belt? I don't know. I can't pinpoint it ... because it's only from a stopped position under fairly heavy acceleration. I can just hear the noise ... so it's pretty loud to be heard over the uberwoofer. Didn't have this problem in the winter. Didn't have this problem with the uberwoofer before. Only started a few weeks ago maybe ... when it stopped freezing overnight and the daytime was a little bit warmer. It happens only once in a while. Doesn't happen in the mornings. Only in the afternoons it seems. Only w…
