So I am currently looking into the Installers Institute and Acoustic Edge in Houston. Are there any other good schools out there? It would need to provide some sort of housing because I can't seem to find any that are close to Washington. All opinions are welcome I would definitely like to hear from some people that have gone to school at II or Acoustic Edge, or any other schools that they have attended in this field. I am leaning toward Acoustic Edge because they have the mobile electronics course, fabrication and upholstery. Upholstery isn't required but I would like to take it. I am looking to get MECP Certified.

Okay guys I already have my FULL system sitting in NY, subs, amps, componants, wiring, and chit thereof. Just need wood. I am getting told I'm pretty pucking retarded for wanting another set of wheels while home. I should instead use either my step dad's F-150 or my mom's Explorer. I had said somethings about a ScottG (on CSO) in the Ihop. At the time it looked like i had been screwed out of my money. Well it was infact my fault because my PM box on CSO was slam full. I just received a new message from him and we are working a refund out. I stand by what i said about Ikessound though. Laura is worthless and doesnt think about who's money she is refunding to who. In the end, i only lost out on $30 and alot of headache. Lesson learned, dont buy from ikessound. If this needs to be moved to the feed back forum let it be, I just wanted to put this in a place with more traffic. Scott ment no harm, it was my own stupidity and carlessness with my PM box.
