Test 1, 2, 3...

The BTL is moving but I'm running a 100 amp fuse and it's not popping. Suggested fuse is 300 if I remember right so I figure I might be getting less than 3K. Also the BTL is dual 2ohm? and w/ meter measured 1.5ohms per coil. When hooked up in series (as I was telling my friend "we should get 3 ohms") the meter read 2 ohms.??????????? Maybe another topic but why wouldn't it be 3 ohms? Anyhow Sndwn 3000 @ 2ohms = how many watts. I know that this baby has more and I'm definately pumped on how it looks, sounds, and performs so far. I want to know how much a Fi bl 18 is worth used.I dont know what options it has because the person I got the sub from told me it was a BTL and I got a BL. It's in a box tuned to 32hz with a 1600w hifonics brutus pushing it fine with no distortion.I'm might be looking to sell ,just want to know the going rate before putting it in the classifieds.Thanks

After being to numerous shops, carrying only mainstream crap.... I looked on the net, and seen some great work from Audible Customs. I would love to catch a deal on a enclosure and sub-woofer combo, its been easy finding subs but its been a little harder with enclosures. So how about showing some southern hospitality and help a fellow southerner out. For the foreseeable future I will no longer build enclosures. I have one last bandpass to complete and that will be it. I will leave this section open until the end of the year. After that I may possibly move to the manufacturer section.

I have a Mj18 4ohm being pushed by a fosgate amp around 500w. yesterday it just quit working. i took it out and hooked it up to another amp it worked fine. ive also disconnected and reconnected every wire and changed all the fuses blown or not. It is still not working. any clue on what it could be?
