I know hes got a but load of sound deadning (and not done yet), Linear Power DPS 500 on a BluesCA 6.5 component set, Linear Power DPS 200 on 1 BluesCA 10 sub. I heard it this weekend. Sounds Awesome, very clear, and serious attention to detail (Sound Quality and Install) ... I'm shure he will be here in a bit to fill in the blanks. I'm also glad we are in different classes ...

I've had my fi Q12 for about 7 months now. I woke up one day, started driving turned up the volume and all of a sudden a horrible rattling noise started playing. It's like a car rattling noise but coming directly from the speaker. I dont think the sub is blown. the cone pushes down just fine but I hate to play it loud cause it sounds so bad for the sub. I just took it out in case i need to send it in to get reconed. do you think ill need to do that? what do you think the problem is? thanks

DC Power Engineering was started for one reason. That one reason was to be the best. Now I'm not talking about the best at one particular thing. I'm talking about the best at EVERYTHING. Before DC Power Engineering, Robbie Henstrom (our CEO) had a shop in SLC, Utah. Dave Baird (our CFO) had a local shop right where we are located today. Dave and Robbie both being in the industry for over 30 years decided to partner together and create DC Power Engineering after working together for years beforehand. The first step was to follow in the steps of OE manufactures and not the "cheap" chinese aftermarket stuff you see today. We started off by negotiating with the big OE supplie…

Yeah but I'd say thats a fairly clean whole considering I did it free handed with a sawzall. lol. we all start somewhere, but i burned the pictures of my first box because of how hideous it was. fake it till you make it. dont show stuff like that if you are trying to drum up some business. a customer wants a professionally engineered box regardless of pricing, even if you arent operating on a professional level yet, if you try to put out that image the customer at least gets the benefit of the doubt. that box should be your business card, not something you macguyvered together using an old kitchen cabinet, a roll of duct tape, and a sawzall. the level of quality betwe…

Definitely looks better then some of the first ones. Paint the port so you don't see bare mdf, and cut the carpet where it meets the port entrance. Just my two cents Will do Also it all really depends on the sub but I'll throw an example out there. Lets say a guy wants a ported enclosure for his Fi BTL 12 and he's only running 1200 watts rms to it. I would make a box that is 2.85 cubic ft and tuned to 34 hz with 18-21 sq inches of port area per cubic ft.. But like I said all subs are different.

Soooo, if you had 2 ~9 oz. Sirloins in your fridge how would you cook them if you didn't want to just grill them? Obviously there are a lot of ways I'm just curious to get some random recipe from someone and try it out
