Heard alot of different opinions on RE's box calculator heard it was off and not accurate but than heard that no matter what you do the tune will never be ACCURATE, which to believe i really have no clue. I am currently in the process of building a new box for my single 12" Cadence ZRS and looking for a new amp that does 900-1300rms at 2ohm, class D monoblock, kinda stiff and cheap on the price of 220 or less depends what it is and i might be able to do more. But back to the box , i have one planned out with RE's box calculator its 2.5cf prob will be less after displacement since im not sure how much to account for, for 45 degree angles and so forth, but id like a nice b…

LOUD... i think im gonna order a 15" BL and throw 1200 RMS at it at 2 Ohms. Ported box with my capacitor and in the summer going to do the Big 3 upgrade just want it to be noticeably louder than my current 2 12" MTX Jackhammers that are getting 250 RMS each. In a sealed box The BL is the right choice for that, maybe a good agm battery instead of the cap. Do the big 3 as soon as you can. Im looking at runnin the cap and the big 3 ASAP and when i have more spare cash in gonna invest in a yellow top instead of the capacitor.

dont come to va the tint laws are 50% for fronts and 35% rears which is slowing me down from getting tints 50% is to light not to mention a waste of money i'll most likely go for 35% all the way around and just look out for the cops yea thats exactly why i havnt gotten mine done. but i see people rolling around all the time with super dark tint. so will your car even pass inspection if the tint is darker than legal?

yeahh i wasnt gonna hook it up anyway lol yeah thanks.. im leaning towards doing that since i want it to last for a few years, but still can hit it Hard! Eventually i want to upgrade to the BTL with new electrical not for a while lol will 1200 RMS still pump the BL Hard? thnx for your help man oh yeah that will be perfect for the BL. i heard the same setup a 15 BL in a trunk where the seats don't fold down and it was loud Alright ! yeahh mine will be in the trunk.. my seats do fold down.. i just want this setup to be noticeably louder than my 2 12" MTX Jackhammers in a sealed box, each only getting about 250 RMS. Think it will be ?

Ok, I have a 2005 Colorado Extreme, it is a standard cab truck. I am uncertian on the size of the box that is currently in it, but I was wondering if there is enough space there to run a ported box housing 2 10" kicker L7's and do it neatly? Right now the box I have has the Amp Flush mounted in the box behind the driver seat, and the 2 10" L5's behind the passanger seat. Sounds good as it, but looking to be a little louder! Here is a link to the truck as it is now. I posted them on Kicker's web page for this very reason. KICKER Hooked Up If this can be done....can the box be wrapped in glass, and painted eventually? Thanks, Chad

Don't mess with the pioneers, I've had those before they're decent but not earth shattering. Get a pair of these.... http://www.vminnovations.com/product_3203/Audiopipe_15_Inch_2000W_Subwoofer.html The ipipe is the same as the txx-apx's and those are known to be budget beasts, hit hard take their wattage and have 3 inch voice coils... Here are 4 audiopipe 15's with about 500 watts a piece starting to move hair. You would be running half the subs, but in a lot less space With more power..... SHOULD BE PRETTY SICK...... your link is broken

OK I finally got them working but they sound like ass. Theyre Wired in 1 ohm according to a diagram i found online which should be 200watts(1k to each sub) and yet my 1000 watt ma audio amp between the two hit like twice as hard. I dont really have any idea what to do as far as adjusting an amp so any suggestions would be great
