Your crossover should be set at about 80hz, If it is turned all the way down you wont get much output. think you misunderstod me, i set it all the way down and lisen to a song with low notes and slowly turn it up till it hit most of them. kinda hard to tell if its set on 80hz or not :S But i just may think its the box, i dont even know the specs on the box, got it for free as payment when i made someone a new box. But building a new box next week. So i know how much cu feet it is and tuning. Took the subwoofers out and tripple checked the wires every thing is wired correctly just like that MS paint drawing in the first post.

Dude that sounds like it. Can anything be done with out having to recone it, besides turning the volume down. I'm glad to hear it is the only one with the problem. When I was running only 1500 watts, it wasn't an issue. Still have not popped a 100 amp fuse with my Sundown 3000. Mainly because with the bottoming out of the BTL I cannot turn it up because I want the music to remain clear. I need my 18s like yesterday. I can tell this sub has more to give along with the amp because of how much headroom I have. Kinda frustrating since I really want to crank this baby up. Funny thing is, everyone else is still blown away. Me dreaming Havocs. Thanks for the info. Joe

Already put terminals in my box, but thanks. And my question isn't in regard to connecting coils to the box, sorry if that was unclear. My question is connecting coil to coil. I'll go in the garage and post some pics to make things clear. thanks anyways! i here what your trying to do....wire it from + to + then to the amp, and same for the negitive, i would say trim to fit thats your best bet

But laughing at the people who says SQL, doesn't fix the problem. If you would of read his post, he defined his use for "SQL". He wants something that doesn't sound like shit, and wants a couple 18s. Which means he wants loudness. Simple.

What do you mean who am I? Who are you? I thought it could attract members to the forum. I know if I could get some information on how my sub is doing from a website, I would sign up. It is a little bit of work for Fi, but who are you to say it was a bad idea. Is your life realy that bad, that you have to rant on people online? Im going to drop it and let it be, this forum is great now, and doesn't need people arguing and bumping their threads. KO

the guy above you thinks the TL is a joke and for good reason, lol. but at least the TL's technology is out there, in the open. this new little meter is like a previous post mentioned, mexican jumping beans. so, air pressure flaps the metal inside the box converting it to electronic signals, in it's most basic form, yes? if that's the case, wouldn't it be suspectible to everything a thin piece of metal is susectible too? heat? cold? expansion? contraction? just some random thoughts from an uneducated old guy. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

how many do u have left? Also, can u remove the present L shaped terminals on them? And lastly, can u present a link about these batteries being used in the car audio field. I know these are like the new "hotness" and i was readin about em but lost the link. Also, how much for 6 of these and how much for each additional one after that shipped to 40258(if i were to buy more than 6 at one time)?
