Call me a pessimist, but that's way too much reading for some of these people that can barely read/string sentences together. I mean hell, make a post that's longer than three sentences and you're liable to get a "Cliff's Notes?" response from some of these people But I agree totally with everything in there, and it does need to be posted somewhere. Thanks.

Alright...decided to go with the 12" BTL N2, fully loaded daily. Can't wait to get it! Went with the 12 strictly for space purposes, 4-5 cubes isn't realistic with my current setup, and I still would like to use my trunk on occasion. Gonna build a 2.5 cu. ft. 32hz box and see how it does with 1200w for awhile. Anyone have specs for an enclosure this size?

I'm sorry I'm looking to upgrade to a 15 inch sub. Also do you think that a 4.1 cf box tuned to 37hz would be a great box for a nightshade? Or would the 37hz be to high a tuning?

Post up all the box designs you have in this thread could be very helpful to other members, and save them a little time and hassle.

You can't really define how well they do in the lanes. They might do great for some people and shitty for others. Its all install and box dependant. As far as what they compare too, not a clue on that one.

I'm trying to find the Dr. Ebbetts mono remaster of Dylan's first album, I had it once and it was *so* much better than the regular album one. How can you cut out that many verses of "House of the Rising Sun", just doesn't sound anywhere near as good

I was wondering what problems, if any, i might run into using 2 different voice coils subs in my setup. I am wanting to use a dual 1 ohm sub (wired @ 2) and a dual 2 ohm sub (wired @ 1). Also, is there a calculator or a formula to figure the ohm results from wiring these subs different ways. trying to get between 1 and 2 ohms resistance, but want to see all of my options.
