Would a 15" with a good box made form here be able to fit in my trunk casue if not im am just goining to go with a single 12" both are DC lvl 4's

It looks Chinese to me, but it might not be... I know the basket, but havent really seen any US production with a chrome one. The toolng is available for it in China, but there is a design patent on it from the original designer here in the US The only way I for me to know what I can do to it is to have it in house to see and measure from. Planning on pairing one or the other with the L1 and taking advantage of the group buy. My question becomes which is going to be better for my application? I'm quite sure that I can fit the L3 in the A-pillar, not so sure about the L4. The tweet will likely be an A-pillar install either way. The L3 would be a pretty simple install the L4 not so much. I'm not sure that I need the extra top end of the L4 since it will be paired with a tweet. Through the midrange freqs (say 250hz-10k) is the L4 worth the extra money and install hassle? I should be able to get the L3 much more on-axis if that matters. Thanks for any inputs.

just got my 18 Q today, and i got a AQ1200D amp, it seemed more recommended. and puts out a little over 1000rms which is what the sub can take. yep, u can easily do 1500 rms with no risk

Thanx for the replie, my problem is I have 16 8ohm subs so I can either run strapped at 2ohm or run like a 3000D at .5 ohm and even though I keep reading they can handle it I am not a big fan of running at .5ohm dailey, especially since here in Vegas it is between 115 and 120 degrees for 3 months out of the year. I currently have 300 watts to my subs and my goal for the system is 150 and right now I am sitting at 149.7 so I don't need alot of power to get there thats why I was hoping for 3500 watts strapped at 2ohm.
