The toolng is available for it in China, but there is a design patent on it from the original designer here in the US The only way I for me to know what I can do to it is to have it in house to see and measure from. Is it blown?

i currently have 2 12" Fi Q's in a monochambered enclosure tuned to 32hz for maximum LSQ but no amps from what people have told me (2x) sundown sae-1000d should be perfect but my question is... if both subs run 1000 rms each, would it be better running (2x) 1000 watt amps or (2x) 1500 watt amps??????????? also, which amps would be ideal if money wasnt an issue? preferably brand name and specific model. thanks a MILLION!!! NOW HELP ME BUILD MY DREAM SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You don't have pricing listed for 8" enclosures, I would assume they're just about the same as a 10" enclosure?

Thanx for the replie, my problem is I have 16 8ohm subs so I can either run strapped at 2ohm or run like a 3000D at .5 ohm and even though I keep reading they can handle it I am not a big fan of running at .5ohm dailey, especially since here in Vegas it is between 115 and 120 degrees for 3 months out of the year. I currently have 300 watts to my subs and my goal for the system is 150 and right now I am sitting at 149.7 so I don't need alot of power to get there thats why I was hoping for 3500 watts strapped at 2ohm. A guy I work with has (2) 12" Hifonics Brutus in a sealed box. He said he would give them to me for $60.00, do you think this is a good deal? I have not seen them yet, he will be bringing them in tomorrow. I am not to concerned with how they will sound. I will be getting my new setup in September so basically they will be used in the mean time. Onlinecarstereo.com has them for 119.00 Ea., I am thinking that I may even be able to sell them for a profit when i am thru with them. I know I said I dont care how they sound, BUT have any of you guys heard them? What would you compare them with?
