A few takers so far. Remember, if the list is not full by the end of May this won't be happening for 2008.

Both terminals are in parallel, either way is the same. "hook up both coils to only one side or do I hook each individual coil up."

What's the intended application? If you're really serious about the best possible sound, be prepared to spend some money and do some serious planning.

damnit...i modeled the IB15 in a 16 cu ft. sealed enclosure on BBP6 and it looked really really good...very flat, no peaks or dips and a very mellow roll off with an -3db point right around 20 hz it doesn't model much different from having 160 cu ft of airspace at all...a slightly lower f3 could i just do the IB15 in a big sealed enclosure and still benefit from the advantages of an IB install? but Robert...seriously? sounds like you will have a bangin' sub set up when you are done! i hope to see a build from you in the near future!

.03mH Its not rly a dedicated midrange it is indeed a midbass driver. Without any boost or cabin gain the f3 is 70hz IB. IB this driver has more output with 1 watt of input then the extremis with 1 watt from 15hz on up even though it has a higher f3... so with a little bit of bass boost or a linkwitz transform you can make these extend as low as you want. Simply because the xmax is there though doesn't mean you have to use it, just some people like to listen to their music at rather insane levels... Not to mention you can still run it into xmax even with a 2nd order highpass at 50hz IB with its minimum projected max power. We still have to give it a stress test to fin…

I've got the box built, and am ready to mount the sub into the box. I need to know what size screws to use and Do the screws go through the top of the gasket, through the frame and through the bottom side of the gasket into the box, or do I lift up the gasket on top and just put the screw through the frame and through the bottom side of the gasket into the box? And Do i need any caulk or gasket material between the box and the sub for sealing?
