Are you making sure to subtract port volume from box volume before getting the port length?

I try the polyfill and see how that sounds. Also how much power can i safely give the sub right now it getting about 870watts? Also dbjunior i see u have a Q ported did u ever have it sealed and if so which did u like better?

I have the same question. Are they true 2ohm because when I used my dmm and measured each coil out of box I was getting 2.6ohm and 2.8ohm. When I wire 2 subs up to .5ohm I got a reading .67ohm which would be great for my amps.

Why are you setting the crossover so high on the XS15". You are wasting power reproducing frequencies that you yourself said are muddy. Try 80hz -100hz and below.
