You can't really define how well they do in the lanes. They might do great for some people and shitty for others. Its all install and box dependant. As far as what they compare too, not a clue on that one.

I would run the sub at 2ohms not as hard on the amp or speaker unless setup properly. If you do go 1ohm I wouldnt run over the 1750rms power rating of the sub. so you recomended me to use that subw at 2 ohms? In this case i have to buy xcon dual 1ohm? This sub doesn't run properly at 1ohm at 1750w ?

I can't figure out, from the manual, how to wire a single DVC 4ohm to the 1000D? Can someone help? The +'s and -'s are internally bridged, so if you are looking for 2 ohm on a single woofer, you can wire it so both of the positives on the amp goto the +'s on the woofer and both the -'s on the amp goto the -'s on the woofer.

1) My amps work fine un-strapped but go into protection when strapped and/or my amps are stuck in protection. - 3/8/07 I have had three customers with this complaint. All three of them replaced their RCA cables to remedy the problem. Some model Stinger and Memphis RCA cables will NOT work with the SAZ-1500D, *especially* for the jumper RCA from master to slave based on the feedback I have received. Be advised... this should be the FIRST thing you check if your strapped pair is going into protection. It will usually be the slave going into protection if this is the case... but not always. ------------------------------ 2) I want to strap my amp at the lowest possible load,…

Interesting, still haven't figured my problem, amps are going back in next week though. Now I have Stinger RCAs from the HU to the master and master to slave, you think just the master to slave RCAs coud be the issue or possibly the HU to Master RCAs?

People have also strapped them wrong in at least two cases now... can you describe your problem? Or have we already spoken about it? Sometimes I lose track

We've talked several times, perhaps you'd recognize my e-mail, [email protected] Got it. Not having real names on the forums gets me. Did you set the gains like our last e-mail? Based on this latest bit of information I would try a different RCA cable too if I were you if you are still having an issue.

Based on this latest bit of information I would try a different RCA cable too if I were you if you are still having an issue. I turned the gains down like you said, down to 36 I think and was very dissapointed with the output, I didn't get a chance to see if they kept going in protect though. I took the amps out soon after. I am building a new box and paneling it all off right now though so they aren't in. I ordered some KnuKnoceptz RCAs to see if it will help, also bought a few fans…
