Test 1, 2, 3...

I know the amp has not been released yet.. But I have preordered the amp through a rep and is expected to come in the beginning of june. Any recomendations of electrical upgrades on my vehicle. batteries, wires, alternator, etc...I have a 2000 Honda passport lx. I will also be running a sax-100.4 also. I'm trying get everything as good as it could get so I can run the amps efficiently and get its full potential without blowing them.

Dammit, CB350K4 needed the tank re-coated on the inside due to rust, and had damage on the pipes from being dropped (and on the crash bars, but I was going to take those off anyway) All I want is something that hasn't been abused Too much to ask for after 30 years, I guess...

I am going with the four tang bands because i could use them separately, in pairs etc should i want to try something different later on. It would also be easier to sell later. Will a deepcycle marine battery and a charger be sufficient? It should be way more than enough, especially as there will be less than two feet of wire between battery and amp. The slopes are 24db's on the RF Power amps, but he doesnt need to run the amp, and hu crossover though right. He should just use the crossover on the amp since the slope is already 24 db, and he can turn his gain back up too right to maybe 3/4 of the way. My Kenwood has 4v preouts and I have my gain just up above 1/4 of the way and my sub volume on +9 out of -15 to +15. I know JL slash amps have balanced differential inputs I rarely had to turn the gain up on it to get good output and it sounded alot louder than 500 watts. I miss that amp. bakedboy I'm glad you started to figure it out, now you can let that sub tear your car apart.

well to answer your question. first I'm female. So that would rule out his brother. And yes the box he is building right now is only his second complete build, but he re-fubrished his old box he had used for his old sub. He is really good a problem solving and finding budget friendly ways to build without cutting down quality. And i'm not related to him either.
