hello everyone i just got a quick question. i need some advice, I have a 2006 cadillac escalade with 26"s on it and i got 1 12inch jl audio w7 with a 2000 watt amp. it pounds really hard, its hits 135 on the decimal reading. i want to know what kind of door speakers to get so that I have amazing hi's in my doors. i want to be super loud and screaming over my base . what should i get? give me some insight. i got money so the cost dnt matter. hit me up

Yes Johnny each 15" Q will easily take 1500 rms so 3000 watts for two of them sounds great. I wish I had the money to buy two Q's

i think its cause the t/s are for a dual4...but i could be wrong

well right now on my profile ap1040 amp, i currently run on two channels (one eminence 6.5" and one boss tweeter combination) all ran on the hpf at 1.2k hz cuz thats the highest frequency range on that amp but my tweeters have bass blockers on them. so should i switch that up have on ch. 1 both tweeters and ch. 2 both eminence's, appreciate the help

Well here are some pictures of my install so far. Thanks too Chris at fisher customers for the box design. I just got the 220 amp alt put on ($192.92 from the ford dealer cause its in a 2005 ford escape and down on the back side of the motor took them 3hr $60/hr RIP OFF'S) and now have my 2 optima red tops installed. I put the box in to see how it sounds and wow its pretty loud. Can't wait till they break in a little more they are still really stiff but slam. Hopefully this week end i can build the amp rack and switch out the mtx amp with my jl 300/4. if ur going to be running more than 2000w to a BTL i recommend getting cooling and the other options.. the P chamber in included in cooling option

I just built my box to the Mach5 diagram last night. Beware... THE YELLOW PIECE IS LABELED TO BE 12"X13"...... IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE 12"X13.75".

What transformers are those? The logo isn't familiar to me... What are you using as a line stage? you can see it about car electronics
