How much would two Havoc 12s run me? And what would the best amp for my money be if i do end up getting them?

Heres a design I did... Took about an hour to finish and draw up. Its a little off from what It wanted to be, and Sketchup was giving me some problems, but it was just for fun. So check it out. Its pretty damn big, at almot 54 cubes external. Never really designed a bandpass before, but got a formula from a friend last night and it sounded great so I went from 2 12s to 16 12s. The credit for the formula goes to Jethro Eason. He said that it should work well for just about any 12" sub you can find. Anyways, heres the pics.

pretty amp for sure, anywho just saw this guy on a private auction site for under $50 tested working, cosmetically it's almost 100%. I wouldn't use this amp myself, but would It be worth to resell and make a quick buck? only results I really saw for this amp for sale privately was a post on diy selling it for roughly $300, and everyone said post it on european ebay and you could get way more for it... is this amp really that damn nice? i know older diamond audio is nice, but over $300 for a used 4 channel 400watt amp?

Can you guys help me out I want a better system some 15s I was thinking 2 of the z 4s with a saz3500 idk how that would work I want to spend 3 grand I already have wiring kit and head unit.

I recently had my blazer broken into, had my FI Q's stolen along with the rest of my setup. Found some RE SR's on craigslist for a good price, so I picked 'em up, and got an autotek ss1000.1d to push them. My '06 civic has a really strange dash, and I was wondering what kind of power and sound quality losses I would suffer if I kept it stock instead of installing my Alpine CDA-9883. Also, I was wondering if anyone had any help as to what LOC would give me the least unwanted noise, and how much it would cost to have one professionally installed by a local car audio shop directly to my rear speakers.

About a year ago I bought my first subs which were just cheap Duals from Best Buy. I am still using them today, but in a box I built for them. The box was actually made for two 10" FI Q's and I just put the 2 12" Duals in them temporarily, but I never got around to upgrading so the Duals stayed. Now I'm looking at more options, but deciding to go a slightly different route. I figure a decent sub with the right install would sound a ton better than what I have now, so that's what I'm looking for. everything i'm putting in my car now will be taken out within a year to be put into a new car (crosses fingers) my question is if i put re comps in do would it be worth all the effort. i know it will sound great. but i already know they won't fit in the doors so i'd have to have somthing custom made. if by some miracle i could get them to fit in my car would it be necessary to deaden? car is a 94 pontiac sunbird,,, upgrade car will be 99 eclipse just comps. new battery. another amp. 0awg wire. and big 3 left

Hey guys just a quick qustion. I was digging through some old amps I have and i found an old school orion hcca 250 digital reference 2 channel. On this amp there is a clipping indicator, Should i trust this light? how accurate is it.? Also i have a rubicon with the same thing.

I have a deh-p590 ib with 4v preouts which are actually 2.2-2.3v. My gain was originally around 1/3rd on my sub amp set with a dmm at 3/4 volume with a 50hz 0db test tone. I hit the power cable on my amp and fried it. I replaced the amp with the same one and had to turn the gain to 2/3rds (around .75v mark on the amp) to get the same output voltage. I figured i screwed up my head unit, but didnt really think twice about it. Last fall i bought a pdx 4.100 and four new speakers... with the gain all the way up i could not get the correct output voltage using a test tone and dmm. I turned the sla to +4 and the gain settled around 3/4 up (just past .5v mark on amp). I just put…

Simple noob question... I built a box for 2 10in DCON's but since they haven't come yet (day 8) can I throw my 2 old 10in alpine type-s subs in for now? will the spacing/distance for the screws be the same?

I just got a 05 explorer and i want to put a new system in it. I have a good budget but nothing to crazy. I have 2 Re Audio SX 12in Subs that are going in there and My Kenwood head unit. Besides that i sold everything. I am willing to sell my JL amps ( 2- 500/1 and a 300/4). I would like about 750rms going to each sub. I liked my cdt audio components i used to have but i don't know which ones would be best for the money or to get a different brand... i am open to all ideas. I was wanting to put 2 sets of 6.5's and a extra set of 5.25 or 4.5's in the front ,but its just an thought. What do you think????

Ok, so I splurged a little when I bought my new car. I needed something small, since its a BMW 3 series. I got 2 12" JL W7's off a friend for 500. I need to make a box for these that will fit my trunk in the Bmw. If i give someone measurements of the trunk room I am working with can you guys help me with the measurements of the box so I can build one? Thanks, Kevin

My bro has some mach 5 spl15 and wants to finally do something with them. I remember he recommend 1500 rms for daily but cant remember box size. does anybody remember? the spl12 on the website say 40-70L.
