ok i got a few questions about boxes and i would love to kno the answers so i can further understand tuning a box gross air space, port volume, port range area, physical port length, port area, and net air space how do these effect the box and such. if someone can please answer these questions that would be awsome

2013 Subaru Impreza SSA Icon 12" (purchased in 2008 for a 2000 Civic Hatch EK) Sundown Amplifier (dont have model off hand, for use with subwoofer) Pioneer AVH-2400BT Headunit Been searching for a few days now on what to do with the speakers in this car and have had some difficulty. Prices I've listed are appoximate since I've not shopped around yet. I have called all the local car audio shops trying to find someone with a TL. I just don't want to spend $650 on a meter, when I could buy another sundown audio 3000D for that. I'm just asking if anyone knows of a place that has a TL anywhere in the montgomery or birmingham alabama area. Thanks. Are there other types of meters that are close to that of the tl, but aren't as expensive?

i am thanking about buying a fi bl 15 and was wondering if my hifonic 1606 well be enough for the subwoofer? or if i have to upgrade on that. and also well i need to upgrade the alt? i want it to be a daily and i have a box tuned to 35 hz is that good enough? thanks again!
