NYE 2012/2013 Out of 3GB of pictures I only ended up with 4 I like, Lol.

previouse projects: a ported box we made for 2 12" L5's, tuned as low and as much air space as possable...my motto 4th order S of .7 (as large as possible for flattest/widest responce as opposed to .4, peaked for SPL, narrow passband, highest gain) F3 20Hz...insane...tought me SO much resin is EXPENSIVE...this box cost over $120!!! Curved corners...priceless before routered/outside resin Lanzar OPTI2000D does NOT have soft turn on as advertised. therefore, 2 avalanches were blown by a lanzar amp. Had to cut it out of the box, so it became 5.1 cubic feet poted @21Hz...best box i've ever had.

anyway..nothing special... just a box built for a friend to go in back of a 96 mustang..... it's 3.1ft^3(before displacent of sub and port)about 1.75ft^3 after, tuned to 36hz with 29in^2 of port. it will hold a mtx 7512-04, which he already has in a pressed board box that leaks more then a cheese grater. also, he's gonna carpet the thing some maroon color to match his car i believe.. so....enjoy wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

so far this is just under 140 on music in the trunk of my stratus. single tc9 12" on about 1700 rms from an rd audio 2200.1d. lol don't mind the plastic bag and here is a vid of the old re sx on the rd 2200.1d. and the re sx at 2400 watts rms did 138.7 at 30 hz

so jon is getting ready for the heatwave and i thought i would share what my house looks like right now! lol i looked around and said "Damn" there is a amp, speakers, and re coning + his big box.. not to mention i would like to pick up his speaker so i can start dinner but i wont be doing that ill just wait for him lol.

Well this will be a few photos... The install will be done in the next week or so... I just built the box and got it carpeted. I'll have to build the amp/battery rack in the next week or so... So here's some starter pics. 6cubes after displacements, tuned 33hz.... should be decent daily... Well I got another design from my good friend Allen and got to building it last night. I finally finished it up today and looks and sounds amazing. I have not turned it up much since mounting because I made the sub hole cutouts a little big and I cant mount them. Tomorrow, I'm making a new faceand just throwing it on top of the original one. Here are the pics I took so far. ENJOY!!

so pretty much i was planning on doing both my w7 10s on 2 jl 500/1s..... but things have changed. my buddy had bought a brand new zcon (which came last week) and due to a number of car robberies in his apartment area, he did not want a big system, just something small and stealthy. so we worked out a deal for one w7 and amp for his new zcon 18.... good shit lol. i then traded my other w7 10 for the ab vfl150.1. as for the box, im taking my box i had both my hcca 15s in (7.5 cubes tuned to 31hz) carpeting in black and putting a new face on it for 1 18. should get loud and loww here are a few pics of sub and amp. box should be done tomorrow. more pics to come

Going to get some practice in sometime this week. Built the girl a new box just so I could practice carpeting. People keep asking me if I can build a carpeted box for them and I dont feel comfertable selling htem my not so good carpeting jobs. Practice makes perfect. I'll post results if they arent too bad.
