I took some pictures as I took apart the front hubs today and now I am fighting with the inner baring (sp). At this rate they wont make it to the machine shop today. In the dark you can hardly tell the difference, give them some sun and there is a deffanit difference. They got covvered in greese agian when I was fighting to get the inner bearing out with no luck.

All for $300 ONly spot of rust is that fenderwell pic. IT's only urface rust though, so an easy fix. Paint needs some polish, but will look good once I get my time with it. 129K miles and runs strong. Damn front springs rusted through and both are broken. Never seen anything like that on a car less than 30 years old. 5 speed, no power ANYTHING, no cuise, do have A/C though. Can't beat it for the price.

First thing I see when getting out of the cab: Stupid art institute. I hate art, well at least the painting side. Here are the only cool views I found short of the ancient Chinese/Japanese artifacts which were so poorly lit, I could not photograph. And Finally, the game. NOTE to self, do not let girlfriend take pictures ever again. I don't know how, but I had her take some awesome shots of me infront of US Cellular Field, and they never made it to the memory card. I was repping the SSA shirt hardcore! See that red banner to the left and under the Pontiac billboard? THere's a new G6 in there and that banner reads, "hit it, win it." Nobody hit it. THE NUMB…

Never got it to blow. It smoked a little but it never blew. I ran it at 4ohm and it would go for about 3seconds then pop the 15a breaker...i kept resetting it ant it never would blow. I didnt have acess to a 30a breaker. I wired it to 1ohm and it popped the breaker almost instantly. The coil still looked like this. This driver doenst look like it had a very tight gap but damn does it have some strong magnets. That is all.

JL Audio XR 5.25 components. This is my first time haveing to make speaker rings for them to fit so i only got one door done today =\ o well its progress i guess. i had to remake the rings 2ce becuase of the way the door panel is curved and i didnt really wnat to cut the panel so here are a few pics from my day today. For the tweets, i just glued a peice of wood to the back of the pod as u can see in the pics and then screwd the mounting bracket for the tweet onto it. looks decent for my use and get the job done. http://s74.photobucket.com/albums/i267/haz...mgAnch=imgAnch1 http://s74.photobucket.com/albums/i267/haz...mgAnch=imgAnch2 http://s74.photobucket.com/albums/…

Perfect interior for an '85 rex I'll be posting pics as we tear down and build back up. Exterior and interior. Hopefully it will be ready for finals this year. Enjoy the pics... The car... Front...Rad support is inside the car. Dont have the front valance or anything else for front. Junkyard here we come. Just bored...and in need of speakers for my bedroom system...why not build something. Meet the future of the circular saw...for someone like me that's a lazy ass when it comes to cutting a straight line freehand, this is the ultimate way to get spoiled. Comes with a metal guide fence that the saw slides into. The blade isn't fixed, so it does take some getting used to, but unlike a fixed blade you can drop it in the middle of a piece and cut a perfect edge, every time. This and the lovely Makita compound miter are going to be getting some use tomorrow
