Well I finally got all the wood cut and mocked up the box last night and this damn thing is freakin heavy! Here are some pics.

Well, this came in today. Thought I'd share a few pics of it. My sister ordered this for her '02 Durango. She currently has a Kenwood KDC-X493 HU running to a Hifonics ZXi8006. PG RSD 6.5's in the front and JBL 6.5's in the back doors and a Pyle Red Label 12" Square sub that her ex had given her a few years ago. It should be a great upgrade to this from that Pyle POS and it should be at home on the ~300wrms @ 2 ohms the Hifonics is rated for. We'll be building a 2-2.25cuft enclosure for it as soon as I get my vehicles done this spring.

Well, I decided to take my Elevation Audio Execution to competition this weekend and i would say i did pretty good. She hit 142.5db and i ended up taking second. It was is a box a little less that 3ft3 tuned to 45hz, but it was glassed to the tuning went up a little. Heres my 05 denali, blacked out.. its my daily driver so its nothing to extreme just 2 15" thunder 9500 mtx, and 2 power acoustik 3000db.. saving up some money to go with a bigger stereo.. but this will do for now

I'm a n00b on Audiokarma.org, just started posting there a few months ago...about a dozen people met up yesterday to cook out, swap stuff, and demo other people's stuff. Well 2 years ago I decided to hook two 2500 watt amps to my re se 12.. tested output on the amps was 2660@45hz... Anhow after several burps the sub started to rattle but played ok.. I thought I blew it... I was moving my stuff around today and though wtf I'll take that thing apart and see what happened... here's all I found... Pulling off the cosmetic dustcap... underneath the inner dustcap was off and rattling around... My noise... Coil still shiny copper not burnt at all.. I'm gonna glue her back up today and get it ready for more abuse ***this is a 2004 era SE

hmmm letsee...got lotsa stuff today. first i recieved a couple of JLw6v2's. Picked them up from Gansan (daniel) in korea town today. i got lost on the way home from LA for about an hour and a half....ended up in compton lol, so i was on the road for about 2 hours with these babies. Of course you gotta start subs out with rap. the output was OK for a couple of 12"'s, but after all i was only giving them 350-400w each, and they are sealed. For other types of music, Funk, Rock, Pop, All i havta say is daang these are THE greatest sounding subs i have heard, yes even moreso than the VQ. in opeths - windowpane, it felt like someone was actually kicking me in the bac…
