I always hated the idea of a pocket under my deck... never have liked them, but couldnt find any other installation package... so i figured i could make a switch panel to control my amps or something for it... then i got to looking around on ebay and found that they had a ton of 1/2 din equalizers.... so i ordered one to help counter the effects of cheap-deck-itis come to realize that the pocket is not 1/2 din sized as it was advertised.... i removed the pocket and did some trimming... after it was all said and done... this is what ive ended up with for now.... let me know what u alls think... -AcId-

With 'winter' coming I need to move some shooting in doors. That being said, I am going to need better flashes for my Nikon D3000. Most of my photo's will be done in a single room I am going to convert into a 'studio' room, but the lighting will need to be mobile for other sets (bar, bedroom, etc). I just need to know where to look for good flashes and what I should expect to pay. The VAST majority of the subjects are females 18-29 in various outfits. They want 'portfolio' work and I am more than happy to help, I just need better setups. J

Last weekend. Local Fall Festival and show-n-shine. Not many cars, about 30, half of them classic cars. Very nice. Only a few had systems. All were basic set-ups (I.E. subs in a box thrown in the trunk, amps hidden or mounted on seat backs, etc.) Didn't win anything, but got alot of compliments so my day was made. Any ways, here she is: Can't see it well, but I had Transformers playing

Here are some pics of the truck. My batteries died so I'll have to grab some pics here in a min or two of the box and all my KnuKonceptz wiring that came in.

  8. Well, since I took this video with my Canon EOS-7D DSLR, I thought it may fit best in the "Photography" category. Camera was outfitted with a Canon EF 28-135IS f/3.5-5.6 lens set on manual at f/5.6, ISO400 and 1/50 (video taken at 1080/24P for the "filmic" look):

Some pics of the Honda my girl friend and I did this past Summer. Nothing special really, was our first time doing anything like this. Cleaned and synced carbs new points and condenser custom side cover I fabricated mounted turn signals to headlight creamed and painted the tank our selves. sanded and cleaned the motor. clubman handle bars. some other small things We were going to turn it into a nice cafe this winter, but moved and decided to get rid of the bike. It was a fun little project to work on together. Surprisingly she actually liked working on it (much more than car audio) and now she wants to get her own bike... the day I bought it. the guy had it all painted…

Well for now im gonna fix the flexi basket and if i ever have the money i may send it in to be made into an 18... soo here is what i did today. I would like to fix it to the point it wont need a support ring on it so i can put the gasket back on make it look brand new. I dont know how im going to do that because that will be one hell of a weld to get the broken spoke back to the basket.

I left the amp at the same setting I had it at with my old 10" L7's. The amp is a little Hifonics Bx1605d, so I am underpowering this thing by a whole lot. Today I decided it was ok to go ahead and really let it knock and thats exactly what it does! Even with this amp. I am very impressed with the sub. Loud is an understatement! Videos are listed below. My girl freinds younger cousins reaction. (Heard me 10" L7's the day before i got the BTL in the truck and said they were the loudest things hes ever heard.) Probably the first system hes ever heard aswell. I let him hear the BTL and then asked him how it was. Ignore my Girls singing in the beginning, she likes the song lo…

Yo... So, received my Pioneer Premier P8DVD from Showrides on Friday, modified my truck dash on Saturday and installed... It looks pimpin... How it used to look... That "Dakota" slideout cup holder just so happened to be the EXACT size of a single DIN cage . Also, the dash is WIDE OPEN behind it! *p00f* Passenger side view! View from rear window... Few more shots! YESSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pimpin, I love it! The P8DVD is a dead head, has RCA audio out that inputs into my 9835. All volume and processing is handled by my Alpine 9835. ABS will be used to fill gap on sides of the screen Comments? nG
