alright i may have posted this in the wrong area.. but here we go... i have a Satellite L25 - Toshiba laptop. and a one of these here http://www.dealtree.net/cart/select_item.c...96&view.htm but i think mine is 48 inches... anyhow... i wanna be able to play moved on my lap top in office.. and go to the living room and watch them with everyone.......... i bought a s vid to rca adapter.. and a 50 foot set of rca's but i guess the s vid on my laptop is an input not an output? i also tryed a monitor cable that i have its 100 feet for so.. but it looks as if i would need a double male adapter to make it work.... and i cant find one localy only on ebay.... then im gonna…

So guys, I'm having a problem with youtube streaming. I can watch a video and it will stream quite quickly on any website except for Youtube, It takes ages to load. Even Myspace video's stream much more quickly than Youtube. It will take several minutes even for lets say a 00.47 second video to load. Site such a Vimeo, Megaupload Video, College Humor, Etc will load faster. I have a fast Internet connection about a 4Mb connection. Below is my DSL Speed Reports.

Working on a project and I need to find out how the computer and USB actually work together. What is between the USB port and the circuit board? How does the computer actually receive/send the info.? mainly I'm looking for pictures, diagrams, drawings....something to show the relation ship between the two.

i was just using the internet and i got a pop up for some free anti virus software. i then closed it. next thing you know, i keep getting all these pop ups saying my computer is infected and this random anti virus program starts to scan my PC but this program really is not installed on my PC. i get a hole bunch of random windows security pop ups also. i cant download a new AV program or any program any more it keeps stopping the program from installing. i really do not want to reformat my PC. so please any ideas would help. my original hard drive was damaged, so i had a reputable guy whos done work for me in the past look into it, and he installed a new hard drive 32 bit system and the operating system is windows 7, but even thought the hard drive is new when i watch vids on you tube, they load very slow and buffer forever, they will play for 2-3 seconds then stop for about 10-30 seconds and again only play for a few seconds, with my old wore out hard drive i never had this problem, so im wondering if theres a setting i need to adjust or whats the deal?

First off, I don't know much about computers so take that into consideration when replying please. Anyways, my new harddrive came in for my OmniFi. I pulled the old one out, plugged the new one in, partitioned it for FAT32, plugged it into my Omnifi, and well, it creates a file called "\USR\newroot.xml", but it need's to be "\USR\root.xml" instead. Now, everything went fine until I plugged it back into my computer to change the file name. I cannot find the drive on my computer anywhere. It does not show up on the My Computer tab, but if I go to "safely remove hardware," it shows up. Anyone know what my problem is and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Upgrading from thie Foxconn 45CMX Micro ATX motherboard, from 4 gigs of DDR2 @ 834mhz, and my old ass Pentium Dual Core E2200! 2.4ghz @ 3.0ghz. Soon to be upgrading to a Biostar T5 XE LGA 1156 ATX Motherboard! Well, the other day my HDD took a crap on me. Here's the story; I was home trying to play some Yahoo! Pool (I'm addicted to it), and then my PC started doing this thing where everytime I tried to access the 'net (via either IE or Mozilla), it would automatically reboot my PC and/or freeze up. Well, I finally got tired of dicking with it one time when it froze up, so I went to shut it off at the power strip. Only, when I went to shut it off, my hand slipped and I shut it off/on/off really fast (turned it back on before it had completely powered down, then shut it off before it completely powered back up). Ok, so the old man just got connected to xbox live today . Played a couple of games, (burnout, forza, and guitar hero). How do I get world rankings. My ranking is just a - on the screen. Also, how and the hell can I play Guitar Hero online. I know these may sound like dumb questions, but you have to remember that it wasn't till college that computers got integrated into the classroom. HELP!! I'm trying to catch up with the youth.
