I've got an email with an .xls attachment, but it's not the usual attachment which you can download. It looks like it's "embedded" in the email. I tried to save it as text and open it with excel, but it doesn't work Anyone know how I can download it ?

So, I go to my 3gupload account which I paid 12 bucks for a year of unlimited downloads and all of a sudden I get this message that says I need to upgrade my account and pay an extra $1.50 for each voice ringtone that I download if I buy it in a big pack. Upon further investigation, I read that they have a deal with Sony/BMG/whatever else where they have to pay them $1 for every CELL PHONE RINGTONE THAT SOMEBODY DOWNLOADS. CELL PHONE RINGTONES! Not some high quality CD media, but a pucking LOW QUALITY 15 SECOND SAMPLE CLIP OF A SONG. What has this country come to? Nothing but corporate greed and capitalism. More the reason to download my music for free. Anybody know of …

http://jmac.realmofexcursion.com/ I recommend you download the .rar package (contains all 74 tones) as it's only like 2-4x larger than a single tone. To unpack the .rar package, you'll need something like WinRAR - http://www.rarlabs.com/download.htm

I've just added a *whole* bunch of good quality MP3's...enough that it's impossible to simply have them all on one list. Besides, I'd like to organize and be able to play my collection by album, or assorted tracks for songs that I don't have the whole album for or one-offs. I use Winamp currently, but I'm just wondering what you guys play your MP3 files with, and how you have them organized.

I use the Norton AntiVirus 2004 I got off the net with a subscribtion with my computer. When I scan my system, it shows all the questionable files and gives you the choice to delete them. When I choose to delete them, a few actually do, but the rest say "delete failed". When I click on the file to find it's location it show where it's at; C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp\(file name). The thing is, when I go to my C drive and then to Documents and Settings and then Owner, I have no Temp file there. So how can I find the file to manually delete them and why can't I find it?? Also, why doesn't these spy ware threats auto delete?

I'm looking for free software for windows that would help me create a mash up. Something comparable to Garage Band that simply allows me to import music and control their fade in/out time/volume. I have Sony Acid, but it's not with me at school.

    * 10,000 MANIACS - Their name was derived from the title of a Hershel Gordon Lewis horror film about a Confederate ghost town that takes revenge on some Yankee travelers. * 10CC - Band member Eric Stewart has said publicly that Jonathan King, who signed the group to UK Records, had a dream that his newly signed band had made number one on the album and singles charts simultaneously in America. The band in the dream was called 10cc. The very next morning he gave his newly signed band that same name. * 3 DOORS DOWN - The band was walking by an old building and they saw a sign with some letters that had fallen off. The remaining letters read 'doors down', and there were 3 ba…

Thought I would throw this out to the suggestions and ideas of the collective of SSA. So, we need to find a video camera for friends of ours who are going to have a baby and they don't have a video camera. Here are the stipulations: Small in size $150 budget digital (hard drive only) simple enough to use for a new mom I have a small digital video camera that would be a worthy option, but I am not as versed on video camera's as I would like to be. Any and all suggestions welcome, with links please.

  24. Alright, for some reason my "setup" won't run for any program. The message error I get is Ok, well, for some reason my AUTOEXEC.NT disappeared a few months ago and I was having some PC problems. So, I whipped out my Win 2k disk and added the autoexec file back into the C:\WINNT\system32 folder, and the problem was temporarily solved. Now, this is happening....and both the autoexec and dosx.exe files are in the system32 folder, but the chit ain't workin Anybody know whats I gotta do to fix 'er? I really wanna avoid reformatting my HDD
