I built this pc last night and am still tweaking it now and probably the next couple days but WOW, this pc is killer for the money! I built this pc for my mom as she was using a single core P4 2.66 @533FSB with DDR2400 memory 768mb worth. Her pc never ran out of memory.. she was just complaining it wasnt fast enough. After cleanin out the registry, defragging, removing startup programs and disabling more services... it wasn't software related... she just needs a new system. I did my research into overclocking these new AMD Phenom II systems because i've been doin many OC Intels but no AMDs. soo not too long ago i bought some logitech speakers for my computer. well just yesterday i was listnin to some music and right speaker was really staticy. you can still hear the music but every note that the speaker its, you can hear static too. i was messing with it and it you just place a finger on the cone while its playing, the static is gone...what is the deal?

My task bar seems to keep hiding itself behind programs, the internet browser and stuff and its really getting annoying, iv looked it up and i cant really find a solution for it other then turning OFF auto-hide which i already have? Anybody else having this problem and a solution for it?

So I finally got a dvd writable drive that is of this generation... Using Nero Vison Express 2 to try and burn down a few movies that I've DL'd. My concern is that it's slated to take 2+ hours to burn xxxx.divx down to a DVD disc. Nero is handling the format conversion, but 2 hours? I've been Googling, and I've found this converter... Would this be worth a shot? Otherwise, wtf am I missing? I used to be able to burn down a DVD in <15 minutes. Thanks

Y! messenger is giving me a headache today... seems like any pm i receive signs me out. i have to receive 2 or 3 pms from the same person (and get signed out every time i receive one) untill i can talk to that person. not to mention i can't change my status and i go online and offline without doing anything... do you have any idea what could cause this ?
