What is everyones idea of the best gaming cpu/cpu in general? Im thinking about buying another/parting together another, and what would u guys do? I'd like to keep it up 2500, if i can under 2000, but 2500 is max.... I want this thing to be basically the top of the line cpu lol. What would you guys do?

Dang, wild hair again. I have a 60wx2 chn Adcom amplifier sitting in my closet and think I found a use for it. I am looking at building these near field monitors to be used as cpu speakers. I will probably add a plate amp and an rli8 or something that boxes even smaller to go with them. There is this new phone that's about to come out called the Samsung Instinct that has a page full of features on it. The phone itself made me start thinking if this was the best phone feature-wise so i started to do some research... I was wrong. There are other phones out there that are better but i gotta have it on the Sprint \ Nextel network. I was looking at the Nokia N95, and while that phone is AWESOME, it doesnt work for my network. Good stuff. Definitely some stuff that I needed. Great bass tracks and the 4th cd is really good for testing. Well worth the $6.50 that I paid.

So, my daughters PC needs to have RAID drivers installed for it to read a SATA drive.....and M$ in their infinite wisdom, has made it so you still need a floppy...booo..... So I decided to try to make a slipstreamed version of XP for my install. After hours of searching on the web for more information, I found a program that makes all the changes that a guy needs to get this done. nLite is what it is called. And, boy oh boy does it work. I am happy that I found a piece of freeware that actually works. So, if anyone else is interested in doing the same, may I suggest looking into this program.

amangle and I stoped into a comp USA to kill a few minutes and looked at a G5, and all I can say is HOLY CRAP, moving around the web on Safari was unreal, the quality of the picture was so freakign nice, I want one bad, but I could up grade the G4 a little, but damn that thing was faster than I imagined, for sure when I can afford one, a G5 is in my future for personal usage

I'm in the initial phase of putting together a private network server - looking to have it up my Feb 1. I'm not worried about the hardware... Software and protocol? I need some help, please. I've a pair of 70Gb 10krpm drives. I dont wanna setup my hdd's as a raid array for stability concerns. That being said, one drive will be personal & program storage, one to be net storage. Outside of a super firewall and a gigabit ethernet... what do i need? What can I run, Windows based, to make one of my drives internet accessible? Can someone point me to some good sites? So today my mom was checking her email and she got an email from ebay saying that someone was using her account to make fake bids. So they had this thing where you click the link and sign in.... However; My mom doesnt have that email setup for her ebay account The page wasnt secure, when you log on ebay you get a secure page ( usually has a lock or yellow web address) I also noticed that when she clicked it went to over-amatures.com, I think its some porn site . I'm not sure where to start looking for a projector, I had one I got for free for a few weeks before I moved home to Illinois and loved it but I accidentally left it. I'm considering another instead of a 50" tv, something in the neighborhood of a 120" screen. I'm looking to spend $200-300, I don't need something insane but I'd like a quiet model, mine had rowdy cooling fans. What would you guys suggest?
