Just wondering what GPS unit you guys own and how you like it. I currently have a Cobra NavOne and the damn thing is huge, it's time to upgrade. So post what one you have, what you do/don't like about it and if you'd buy it again knowing what you know now.

Hey any of you try to compare a FLAC lossless file with a real one? I am just starting to rip my music collection to my PC. My thoughts were to rip it twice. The first time in FLAC to backup to DVD and another in MP3 just to leave on the machine. If the lossless truly is such I would think someone would be coming out with a new HU that plays DVD format FLAC discs, but of course that would be logical. If FLAC sucks is there anything else that might do what I am looking to? The main reason I want to do the FLAC to DVD is in if they change it in the future I don't want to go through the reloading of all the CD's again as it is a serious PITA!

What do you guys use to burn DVDs? I have a couple of scratched dvds, and I want to start backing up my others so I don't have to buy anymore replacements. Nero won't let me around the copyright protection on some of them, so I need something else. My only constraint is it has to be able to make the image, and then be able to swap out the dvd for the dvd-r befor burning it since I only have 1 drive.

So I don't exactly know how, but my Galaxy note 4 had two google accounts on it. One was @gmail.com, and the other was @psu.edu. They are both the same account, just an alias. But my phone treated them as separate accounts and stored my calendar and contacts all on the @psu address. Now I factory reset my phone because it started to slow down. I go to log in and I put the @psu account in, it logs in the @gmail one. Okay, it must just want me to use both again. I haven't listened to rap in about a month, mainly because I haven't heard anything in particular that I liked. I havn't heard much, but what I saw on 106 & park today for the first 30 minutes was horrible. I also don't listen to the radio due to lack of good music and bad quality. Any good new rap, rock, country, or anything basically that is worth listening to? Also, does anyone have a nice sq testing cd that they could send me?

Can someone that has a lower (32 or under) tuning download and try this song out and tell me how it sounds. It peaks at 27 and 30hz but the chorus has some higher notes. I check all songs to make sure clipping is to a minimal. This is a slow jam and mellow song but potent. It loud so start testing before going full tilt, mainly -5db bass. You can tell its potential with earbuds on I get bored and do this sometimes, took about 1 hour to do this track. I normally try all my songs out in my truck but cant right now. Do any of yall know anything about SIM cards? I would like to transfer all my phone #s on my old phone to my new phone (same service company, both phones use SIM cards). Is there any way I can use the old SIM card in the new phone and somehow change the phone number to my new number? I don't want to go through and reenter every phone number into my new SIM card TIA

I'm buying my 13 year old daughter a keyboard for Christmas and I think she would enjoy hooking it up to her computer and mixing/composing some music with it as well. What INEXPENSIVE (well under $100) would you suggest for her? I need something that would be easy to learn and use but powerful enough that she wont get bored with it in a month.

Got a PS3 a week ago and now I'm looking for some games. Anyone know how the interface is for the racing games? Better than the Wii? I like RPGs and racing games mostly. I've just about beaten Ghost Recon 2 and like it OK. Will probably get Rainbow 6: Vegas here soon. I also have a Wii. Looking for a good game or two for it as well. I have Tiger Woods '08 and play it a lot. I've beaten Resident Evil 4 3x over. Liked that one though it's not my typical genre. i got a jvc head unit that is campatible with cd-r/cd-rw. for some reason i can rarely play philips cd-rws. i have not tried any other brand but does anyone know how a good brand of cd-rw that would work well with car head units? my headunit also plays any cd-r brand just fine. o n sorry if this is the wrong place for this topic
