I cannot find these ANYWHERE!!! I own a Klipsch Promedia 5.1 surround sound pc system. They are discontinued now and the BASH 500w amp on the back of the sub box is screwed up. IT only wants to play the subwoofer instead of the rest of the channels and apparently is a known issue from some results i've seen. Well, i wanted to just replace the amp whether it be plate\the exact same amp plate or just a 5.1 surround pc amp period! The problem is... they appear not to be sold on the market, correct? How am i to go about getting an amp to power the speakers i have that still work? I don't feel like sending the unit back, i just want to do it myself. I even looked at other 5.1…

Alright so I've been playing this game... AWESOME btw.. ONE MAJOR ISSUE... The "Storm the Fort" mission will not play.. I can access and start any side missions but that one won't do anything when I hold R1 which should initiate the mission.. WTF is going on??? Anyone play it yet? Anyone have this problem?? I googled it with no results... I cannot advance the story otherwise.... :confused::confused::confused:

so i am in the market for a laptop as i am moving off to college.....and i found a gateway refurb on tigerdirect and it has a 1.7Ghz Centrino processor. i was just wondering how this processor compares to like the Celeron. i know my grandma once had a brand new desktop with a Celeron processor about 3 years back and the thing just sucked, it was terrible. i didnt know if this Centrino was better or if it was kind of a replacement..?

Is it just me or has the website been running REALLY slowly lately? I'm on here and CA.com at the same time most days and suddenly about a week ago I've had a hard time with this site loading completely and being EXTREMELY slow... the little green box in the top center of the page that says "Loading..." never goes away anymore either.... I've been through everything in explorer and its just as slow in FireFox and on my other two computers.... just wondering if it's my going crazy or if anyone else has had problems....

I am clueless as to why this happened

Anybody pick up the new Jack Johnson "Sleep Through Static" album? Album is good but im disappointed in the recording. Everything else is recorded fine, its just I hear a dam Hissing and a few buzzing sounds. Either its their air conditioner and they forgot about it or its a tape hiss; or it could be their Solar Powered studio?. Anyone else experience the hissing sound too? I honestly dont think its my equipment.... i listened to a ripped version, FLAC version, iTunes version, and the actual CD. I hear it in all of them....

Interested in the capability of a ramdisk.. I have a q9300 running at 3.4ghz, ddr2 corsair dominator at right under 1066. Gave just 600mb of memory to ramdisk. All my other drives in the computer are standard 7200rpm drives either individual or Raid 1. I compared my 7200rpms first using Crystal Diskmark. I only tested the SEQ test.. they were in the mid 90s in both read and write... Ok.... so what has happened to all the rap music nowadays? Used to be that there were SOME groups who made good heavy bass music without all the cussing, but it seems that every song to play through Slacker or Pandora is FULL of explicit lyrics! Don't get me wrong.... I crank 'em when I don't have my 10 year old with me, but It's pretty much a lost cause trying to find something that he can listen to with me. BTW.... I don't push it too hard with him (half volume) as I don't wanna damage his hearing, but he does love to hear some bass. That being said.... can someone please point me in the direction of some kid friendly bass tunes to listen to with my little man?

so i have a few lap tops and a few desk tops that use, one in my rig 2 at my house and 4 at my office, im looking for a reliabe cheap external hard drive, i have never used one, and never owned one, so i have little clue on what im looking for when buying, i have been shopping on ebay, if anyone can shed some light on a brand or anything it would be most helpful. thanks!

Alright here is my dliemma. I have an office in the room next to my living room. Recently I moved my desktop pc into the office closet (well ventilated) and ran a monitor cable into my living room where a wireless keyboard/mouse and my lcd are. In my office I have a laptop and docking station. Since the computer is now in the office I would like to make the monitor and keyboard in my office be able to control both computers so that I can burn CD's, rip music, and just generally be able to get at the box without running back and forth. Hopefully one of you computer gurus can help me. Okay so I booted up an older laptop that I had some issues with, and it kept flashing the blue screen and shutting down. Im looking into getting one and need to know some of the basics or some of the deals/companies you guys might suggest.
