Second Skin is holding a USACi show in Phoenix AZ next Saturday, October 17th We are looking for 8 SQ cars to park right out in front of our shop. While there will not be any formal SQ judging, we do want to bring some SQ awareness to the SPL crowd. After a lot of work, it is now OFFICIAL!!!!!!!! Hope to see you all there. AR SPL will be metering the event. Parking is $10, and to compete is $25 before show. There will be trophies and a range of classes for both the Car Show and the SPL competition. Unfortunately, our Car Audio Tournament of Champions™ (CATOC™) pre-season event originally scheduled for Saturday, August 24th had to be postponed effective immediately. The deposit needed in order to secure the Bondurant facility was due today; the people who were going to help us make that happen did not come through as expected. When a new (set of) date(s) is finalized for Bondurant events, I will post them here. Thank you for your understanding.

Southwest Audiofest makes its second annual migation to the cooler cooler climates and gorgeous vistas in Prescott Valley, AZ. The first of these 4 shows will be held on Saturday, June 11th at Audio Adrenaline, located at 2517 Great Western, Suite P, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314. The other shows are scheduled for the same venue on Saturday, July 9th, and Saturday, August 13th. Last year, these shows drew people from all over Arizona, as well as some of our fellow insiders from Las Vegas. The weather is typically gorgeous, and the venue is nearly ideal for these events! ok the pups are here (see show off section) ok I wanted to go with the smallest ported box design for them, if not small sealed, need help with the design... I am not worried about space with my vehicles, but I might put the box into my girls civic, and not much space to work with, hoping for suggestions from the designers they will be powered by an RF 250a2 @4ohms mono for now (shown below) {334 watts benched, meaning 83.4 watts per sub, a little over the rms, but I can back the gains down}

Who's going ???

A good friend of mine wants to enter his vehicle in an up coming event. He has never done this before, and neither have I. Reading through the rules and trying to figure this all out without ever being there is a little difficult. From what I can see, the Bass Race looks like it is less complicated than db drag racing. Am I correct? From what I can see, you play whatever you want (except test tones) for 30sec and the meter will average your SPL for that 30sec. And whomever you are paired up against does the same thing. Just like bracket racing. The Db drag racing looks like it is much more involved. Can someone explain what to expect when doing this for the first time? …

Who all's going? I was looking and the flyer last year said Sat and Sun 10am - 6PM, This year it says Sun is for industry personnel only, except for the SPL Hall. My Son and I are going as spectators. I know when we went to the Finals in Nashville we had to leave saturday- and we missed all the big demos on Sunday. Are there going to be people Demo'ing on Sunday?
