Story: 2x 'drag event here June 4th. Plan is to clean up, and there should be plenty of people there ... so I'll be representing TeamSSA to the max and push the site. Uber is in 1.2 cubes sealed. Not even going to begin to guess what the hell it is running on the meter, but I'd say 135 or under. Remember, I'm in the middle of nowhere, where sealed Type R's with 500 watts and MTX 6000's rule. I would have liked to get a 12" L7 or something to beat on, but I don't see that happening. So, looks like I'll have to deal with what I have ... the uber, and the US Amps MD2 (~ 1500 watts). I do have a pair of older 9515's, but they're toast and there isn't enough time for re-con…

I am sure there are some box designers around here. I am thinking about going ported with the new mag when it comes in. Haven't quite made up my mind yet cause I want all the SQ I can get. For ported users: How does the SQ hold up on the current mag? or on the proto if you got ahold of one? I would be more than glad to pay for a box design if anyone has time. I will have to get my trunk measurements first though. thanks in advance.

So now that I have chosen the subs that I want, they will need a home. Here are the requirements I would like for them: -Sealed -The NET internal volume should be 1.3 cu. ft. I am not sure what the displacement of the RL-Ps will be so if anyone could share plz do... -I would like the box to be exactly the width of 36" externally. This is so the box will take up the whole width of my trunk (going in a Scion tc). -I would like for the subs to be flushmounted in this box. -Two terminals on the back -I would prefer Dark Grey carpeting, not regular grey. If this can't be met I will settle for Black carpeting. And I guess thats it. I hope to do business with you and I cross my …

Hey guys, Long time lurker, new to register. I am replacing my prefab and am looking for some help coming up with a good design for my standard cab 2004 GMC Sierra daily driver. Sub will be SoundSplinter 12 with dual 2 ohm VC's , amp is old school RF Power 800 A2 and space I have available is 33-36 long, 14 high, and 9 deep at the bottom 5 deep at the top. I am not looking to be the loudest in the jungle, just want clear, deep foundation for SQ system and any excess SPL would be bonus . I haven't checked out the photo gallery yet, am on my way there now, but this is my work truck that is 5 months old and has 27,000 on the o'meter, plain and simple rules. I give all m…

Hey I was directed here by denim, I would like some help with some box plans for my 1995 Ford Explorer. I am putting 6 RE 12" REs in there, I would like the box to be built to specifications and space needed for each sub that RE recommends. I am running a Viper 1200.1 amp, and having 200 watts rms @1 ohm to each sub. I would like a cutsheet so I can design it Max Measurements /-----/ Wide ---- 46" Long ---- 28" (meeting back door from rear seats) Tall ---- 10-12" I would like my box tuned to however you think 6 RE 12" RE should be tuned to. I listen to mostly rap, and want a mixture of SQ/SPL I would like it vented, Dave from RE told me to put my subs facing the ro…

Okay, my table saw is broken and I am not trusting the old circular saw and straight edge. I need a box that will be 100% square with not a gap or anything. I will be lining it with Plexi mirror and a plexi baffle. I would also like it made out of 1" with 2 strategically placed braces. Who can handle this? I'll provide all dimensions and cut sheet, so no designing will be necessary, neither will a baffle be. Just 5 meticulously cut pieces of wood, unassembled and unfinished, unless it would be easier to ship assembled. Any takers?
