Competitions & Other Organized SPL/SQ Events

Hey guys, Long time lurker, new to register. I am replacing my prefab and am looking for some help coming up with a good design for my standard cab 2004 GMC Sierra daily driver. Sub will be SoundSplinter 12 with dual 2 ohm VC's , amp is old school RF Power 800 A2 and space I have available is 33-36 long, 14 high, and 9 deep at the bottom 5 deep at the top. I am not looking to be the loudest in the jungle, just want clear, deep foundation for SQ system and any excess SPL would be bonus . I'm currently stationed at sheppered AFB in Wichita falls Tx and would love to meet up with some fellow SSA brothers anyone wanna set up a mini meet and maybe a BBQ? I would totally be down for something like that!

Midwest SPL will be at Autosound in Topeka, KS this Saturday, July 17th (my birthday ). Show starts at 4:00. Hopefully the cops won't shut it down this time.

The last one I went to was when we met at Papago Park and headed over to Chipotle. Honestly right now I'm at a low point with car audio right now... I really don't check the forums. I was going to do a front stage upgrade until I ran into a financial bind recently. Maybe a meetup will get that spark going again! Went to my first show ever. It was an IASCA/DBDrag combined show. out of 4 events I entered I got a 1st, 2nd, and a 3rd. Took first in idbl ultimate class. Don't know why I was moved to this class to be honest. I was in the stock pro 2 class and technically took 2nd in that class with a 150.3 only losing to a teammate with 2 15" dc neo's and a dc9k. Took second in 129.9 bassrace. I had signed up for the 139.9 class but this was my first time ever doing bassrace and I started off way too low and took it so easy so I had to rush at the end and ended up at 129.8 so they dropped me down.
