i just threw a new edelbrock 750 carb on a 425... anyone have any idea how to adjust it ? i don't have any special tools either..

hey guyz... I thinking of painting my car a chameleon design. Now I know that the car has to be sanded down and primered and painted a first coat of black. This company is selling the paint to me by the gallons. They said it comes with the chameleon base coat and two other clear coats and some other things already mixed. It sounds like its ready to spray out of a gun. Is that base coat of the chameleon paint all I need for the actual paint? how many gallons do you think its gonna take to paint my full car? its a cadillac cts

I have actually had these for almost 2 months, just now getting around to posting. I actually got a helva deal off Craigslist. And when I mean a helva deal, I mean if I would of bought them new, I basically bought one rim/tire and got three free. They are in good shape considering the price. The rims has a few flaws, but nothing major. Tires seem to have very little wear, I'd say less than 5000 miles. They are 20"x10" BMF S.O.T.A rims and 37x13.5R20 Super Swamper M16 tires. How much would it cost to get this repaired? I slid into a curb about 30 minutes ago from the black ice on the roads doing about 25-30 mph. I managed to drive it home and don't manage on driving it anywheres unless its to a local car shop. How much do you think this costs and would you recommend me getting a new car? I have noticed over the past year and a half that the stock lights on a 2003 vw passat are TERRIBLE. So after looking around the best headlight I can get (what I am told) are the HID lights 1200K lights (kind of a blue tint). I think those lights with the little blue of a tink would be pretty nice and would be a huge improvement. Anyway I was just looking to see if anybody has any experience with these lights and how it worked out. I wentt to the dealer and got a quote of 600/per light + labor. I need a backup camera for my car. It need to be infrared or have some sort of night vision. Its primary use is for backing up at night because of dark tint I can't see as well as I should. Would not like to spend a fortune but want good quality so whatever it takes. Also I do not want it to stand out. Well.. Since Im 20 now, going to be moving out on my own within the next couple years, going to have a job, ect. Im thinking about selling my 04 Impala, and get something a little more fuel efficient, and to be honest Im thinking about maybe a 94-98 civic. I never would have thought id be buying a civic, but they are fairly inexpensive, easy to work on, and very fuel efficient. Man the guys over in the VW forums would kill me for spending money on car audio before any performance upgrades, BUT I just got my 10' VW CC R-line and need to break in the engine 1st. HOWEVER this winter when my engine is broken in I am flashing the cars ecu w/a APR Stage 1 flash which will give me 250HP and 294TQ (stock is 200Hp, 207TQ). I will also give the CC a Carbonio Intake which should give me 10+ HP more I believe. Can't wait!

Hey guys i'm in the market for a pair of new headlights/bulbs and was wondering what you guys thought about the headlights below? I was wondering if these would work with HID's? For the requests from a few on my equpment posting to show it, heres a few shots of my marquis... Keep in mind its been in this tent shed for quite the while now. The messyness under the hood is just due to it being a test setup for the engine im building this year for the charger. Still runs great even though its a messy bish under the hood. The stripes were added earlier this year, the pics with out are a little less then a year old. Looks like brand new inside and out and underneath. No rust... Not bad for being in ontario canada. lol
