Hey guys i'm in the market for a pair of new headlights/bulbs and was wondering what you guys thought about the headlights below? I was wondering if these would work with HID's? I'm looking at getting xentec hid's, my roomate has them and they look amazing for $32. These will be going on my 1999 dodge ram 1500 ext. cab. Please post what you think about these. All opinions would be appreciated. http://www.ebay.com/...984.m1423.l2649

Well, My 2007 White Diamond Escalade was awesome and we loved it. Low miles (58k) and still have over a year left on its certified warranty. So I decided since we were in good shape with it it was a good time to upgrade into something else. My wife sorta wanted something smaller because we have had big SUV's for the last 6 years or so. I was looking to get maybe a IS250 -350 but secided I would call up Cadillac and see since I already had history with them what they had that might fit the bill. I went out there with a fully loaded new CTS on my mind but after driving several cars I decided this was the best option especially since we have 2 kids and have been spoiled by s…

Ive run a very heavy system in my trunk for a while, and it dropped my rear suspension, and raised my front, ruining my acceleration and handling, this summer i plan on doublin the weight of the system. But before i do so, i need a suspension upgrade. at first i looked at an air ride, but i dont have room for the tank. so ive decided on a coilover suspension. The problem is, i have no idea what is a good brand, where to buy, what specs are good or bad. Im also not tryin to spend a ton of money. a quick search on yahoo gave prices from 800 to 1200++++. Id really like an affordable one just to help with weight. My car is a 95 accord, approx wieght of new system.....425lb…

i picked this truck up a few weeks ago, for almost a steal, its a 1993 6.5 turbo with a 5 speed, crew cab long bed. it runs drives but bellows white smoke at start up and does so for 15 mins or so untill its hot, then it smokes no longer, i have been trouble shooting the smoke issue, turns out it can be alot of things. currently i am going thru the glow plugs, and what nots hoping this fixs it, if not it can be fuel injectors, injector pump timing chain fuel return, i have narrowed it down to those as the smoke smells of raw fuel. and not anti freeze, and i also do not use any. this should be a good truck to have around, for the jet skies, to pull my car around to l…

Okay guys as you know I am prolly picking up some new wheels here very soon. I am thinking between 7500 and 11,000 down. I don't want a vehicle over say 24,000 sticker price. Wouldn't mind going used, I just want something rleiable and fun to drive. As of right now its between a brand new dodge Nitro and a used '07 Ford Explorer. I really want to stay in the SUV market cause the Formula I was looking at is just a tad more rust than I want, and for me its either big or fast. Lemme hear some opinions at to what to test drive/buy. J

Okay so Im restoring my pickup. I but new brake lines on. (Rubber ones) and started to go bleed the brakes. Okay so, The right front brake bled just fine, with no pedal presusre, Went to bleed left front, no pedal pressure but since the right front bled fine I figured it would do it again. Wow. This guy really cooks through the circuit: http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/video_gallery...lap_record.html Also, I read for $215 you can pay a professional racer to drive you accross the circuit in a brand new bone stock 500hp M5. I think I might do that the next time I am in Germany! Especially after watching this. edit: fixed (I think--if you miss twice they make you log in)

hey guyz... I thinking of painting my car a chameleon design. Now I know that the car has to be sanded down and primered and painted a first coat of black. This company is selling the paint to me by the gallons. They said it comes with the chameleon base coat and two other clear coats and some other things already mixed. It sounds like its ready to spray out of a gun. Is that base coat of the chameleon paint all I need for the actual paint? how many gallons do you think its gonna take to paint my full car? its a cadillac cts

I found out that the tranny fluid resivior was empty on the accord yesterday. Partly because i had no idea that it was for the tranny. Has anyone ever used the syncromesh ? Hopefully it will help the 3rd gear grind i have.
